Hampton by Hilton Dallas East

We were very pleased with our room. Upon arrival, we checked in with no troubles and were given our parking permit and key cards.

Everything in the room was in order and clean. No visible stains or even water marks on shower glass. The Kind size room is very spacious for 2 people. The A/C worked well, water pressure was solid, and hot water worked well.

Breakfast was served from 6am to 10am, it was good and had a little bit of everything.

It was great having a Walmart close by and being close to the highway (this didn’t not result in much noise). Uber downtown from the hotel is about around 11 (depending on time of day).

An excellent stay after battling outrageous Dallas traffic. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, especially the valets. Breakfast in the restaurant is very good and the menu has a decent ratio of gluten-free options. We were meeting friends who stayed at a different hotel, so the location was not great, but worth the comfort if you can tolerate the occasional roar of American muscle cars reverberating off the tall buildings late at night. We would stay here again.

The rooms are beautiful and full of fun colors. The staff was polite. The hotel lobby is very very cute. Complimentary breakfast is just ok.The hotel is in a row of 2 others and runs alongside the freeway 30West. Near lots of stores, gas stations, restaurants, and TX state fair when in town. The location, patient staff, fur babies welcome, frig and microwave in room, plus fun decor colors used at this hotel are what makes this a really beautiful and good stay. I asked for a room facing the freeway/front of the hotel cause I love the night city lights. Beautiful. The only Con is that the shower pressure is really, really low. Outside of that it's a very good stay. All the nice ladies at the front desk didn't mind cordial conversation....We will be back....

Jerry is the man. This place wouldn’t run without him! He helped us with our early check-in, gave top notch city advice, and provided the best service to us. We would return for his service alone.

The rooms were very clean and nice as well.

Very easy to get to, clean nice atmosphere and very nice, huge, comfortable rooms.
My friend came from San Antonio and this was close to me so I recommend this place to him, he loved it, said he slept super good in the huge bed and very quiet. He will for sure be staying here next time he's in town.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The rooms where cleaned and breakfast was good. First day of breakfast was scramble eggs, potatoes, and bacon. The second day was omelette and sausage. Good variety. I will definitely be coming back 👍🏽

Best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Beautiful hotel. Everything was available. Entire hotel was spotless & the customer service was wonderful. Very engaging staff. They care about their guest's comfort & needs.

Went to Hampton inn for a weekend in Dallas. It was well kept and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and window shades that were electronic and was easy to keep the room dark to sleep in even longer!

Clean, affordable, away from Dallas traffic (but heading into Dallas is about 20min in morning traffic). No complaints on commute. Breakfast was okay (4 night stay with only one day that had a non-pork breakfast meat option). Standard offerings of waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal & juices. Hot items vary each day (eggs, potatoes, pork or chicken/turkey sausage links, pork or chicken/turkey sausage patties, etc). Would stay again.

Beautifully kept hotel. We were greeted by Jerry who was SO friendly and went above and beyond to inform us about places to eat and best way to navigate to the concert we were going to! Even took our picture as we left to the concert. He made this review! We were sad to miss him when we checked out.
The room was bigger and more cozy than we expected! Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. The selection at breakfast was nice and everything was well stocked. Everyone working the desk when I would come in was friendly and helpful.

This place is immaculate. Room was extremely clean and so was the bathroom. Jack in the Box was extremely close and so were other restaurants. The pool was heated and felt really good. The front desk rep was busy on the phone because another potential customer was working her nerves so I had a to wait a bit to get checked in but I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Pamela , at the front desk is AWESOME !!!! Sweet , beautiful and so helpful . Check in was a breeze , the lobby is clean and pristine the rooms were as well . VERY spacious, and if you forgot something they more than likely have it at the front desk . I think we have found our hotel from now on when we stay in the area !! Thankyou Pamela !!

June 24,’’22 Very nice place. Great value. Very clean and the staff is nice. Appears to be a fairly new building. Plenty of shopping and food in this vicinity. We are 10 minutes from Dos Equis Pavilion. Free parking. Our last trip to Dallas we stayed downtown where we paid $18 every time we left and returned to park, so free parking is very nice. I just finished the included breakfast with a waffle and there are muffins and other things available. Good enough.
Update!!!! 7/21/23 staff was rude. 4 different people and 4 different issues and all were different levels of rude. We’ll be finding different accommodations for our future Dallas trips. Room still clean and comfortable. Parking is $5 per night. Desk Staff needs help.

The staff, specifically Natalia Smith, was outstanding. Natalia was very thorough during check-in. She was very helpful in discussing the local eateries from fast food to dine in. She took her time in giving directions to the mall. The hotel and rooms were all extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. If you are going to an event close by this is the place for you. As mentioned in other reviews the hotel is new and a joy to stay here. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. They have super clean rooms and colorful interior. The staff is super kind and helpful. They even bake cookies in the evenings. There is free coffee and tea available 24/7 which is an extra bonus. Our room was quite spacious and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft yet firm. It was a great stay overall. Thought it might have been rough at night because we were near the highway, but I honestly didn't even notice it.

VERY CLEAN AND NICE HOTEL. IT IS RIGHT OFF A BUSY HIGHWAY, BUT NO ROAD NOISE WAS HEARD AT ALL AT ANY TIME. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND ALWAYS GREETED YOU AS YOU CAME IN THE FRONT DOOR. ONE STAFF MEMBER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO OPEN MY ROOM FOR ME. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR SURE.

It is not the first time I booked in an Hampton hotels, different locations I have to say that I’m always satisfied rooms are super clean and beautiful,staff are friendly the breakfast is good.I really recommend it.
