Downtown Dallas / Deep Ellum

Took a trip between Dallas (deep ellem) - Houston (downtown) from 4:45pm - 8:45pm. The bus came exactly ON TIME and had departed within 8 minutes. My prior trip from Houston to Dallas was RedCoach and that bus came 50mins late which was ridiculous so huge props to this bus driver. I believe his name was Charles, he arrived on time, laid out the rules and guidelines very clearly and held the Flixbus reputation very high. Someone at Flex needs to make sure he gets a promotion or paid more because he is excellent at his job. The bus arrived at the destination on time and he took a bathroom stop which was great. Because of this I will only ride Flix between Dallas and Houston - great experience. The bus wasn't that comfortable but the fact that everything was as expected raises my score even more. THANK YOU Flix for hiring such competent bus crew.

Absolutely no signage by Flix or Greyhound and the boarded up Lizard Lounge has a sign that says this is NOT a bus stop, but! The bus before mine showed up right on time as did my bus. Bus was clean. There are no benches and this is not a station. Just a clear curb where the bus comes and goes. The bus driver wrote down on a piece of paper the last few digits of my confirmation number, QR code was not scanned.

The reservation said show up 15min early and I suppose the bus could leave early but there’s nothing to do here and no one to check in with.

I’m satisfied, but I wish there was at least ONE sign by Flix acknowledging they do stop here.

Morning vibes are so diferente from night vibes.
There are a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. But You should avoid coming here at night.

If I could rate 0 I would. Dropped off here by flix(which is also greyhound), had a 6 hour wait in texas heat. Got a late notice bus would be delayed until 9pm, waited til then then got an update it was canceled. Took an uber to greyhound station to get an updated ticket and they wouldn't help and said I had to call customer service. Called and best they could do was get me on a bus the same time next day at 7pm. Greyhound station wouldn't let me wait there as I didn't have updated ticket so I had to waste money on a hotel. Did I get a refund or even a voucher? No basically told we got you there so it's on you. F these people! Never again! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! FLY OR TAKE AMTRAK at least when they mess up they own it!

Been using Flix bus for two years and Im honestly never going to again even if it's 50-100 dollars less than a plane ticket. They will tell you your ride is either delayed, coming early, or cancelled but will hang up on you when you try to dispute it on the phone to get your freaking money back.
I'm not joking, the bus will tell you 30 minutes prior to your bus trip that it will be delayed for 2 hours, but an hour later says that your bus has arrived when you were sitting there the whole time. And that's happened MANY times.

Never on time. Always canceling last minute, no power outlets and the bus always smells like urine! You might as well ride on the Greyhound. They’re actually owned by the same company now, so I guess that also explains why it’s gotten noticeably worse.

Long story short if you have important plans, don’t trust Flixbus as your means of transportation. The company is trash and forget about customer service. It doesn’t exist lol. 🚮🗑🗑

One last thing I’ll say is that it’s extremely overpriced for the lack of service and professionalism

I'll give 0 stars if possible! Fixbus sucks! We were waiting for our bus since 2.30 PM. As they suggested to be there 15mins earlier. It's 4.30 already and the bus is not there. I went online and no info. It shows that the bus is right on time. LIE!!!!! I need to get to my destiny today URGENT! Another passenger that was able to contact them said that they were out of buses. So trip would be canceled. I have been for more than 1 hour on the line waiting for someone to take my call. Almost 1 hour and a half on the chat on their website and still no answer! What in the world ??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Agh! Worst bus service ever ever ever !!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK FLIXBUS!! I arrived on time for a 3 pm bus, was told it was delayed, waited for 2 hours, then received a text saying the bus has been canceled. And it has been two weeks they still haven’t refunded me. Shady business that deserves to be invested and sued.

Not much to do here to be honest! I had a high expectation of this place but this is a dead place for travelers. Unbearable heat in the summer, no bars, restaurants, coffee shops nearby. A bit dirty and no places go seat and take some rest.

You gotta walk or drive to another location if you wanna experience a good city life and explore restaurants and cafes.

Worst service.. late /delay start and multiple unscheduled stops. Totally unprofessional services..
