Apparently a lot of customers think this 711 should be the Ritz when they come at 3-4am. This place is fine staff are doing their jobs the people complaining are clearly uppity and upset that overnight employees aren't giving them mints when they leave

Its big also there's a redbox at this location. Plus employee's at this location are very friendly and helpful.

Very good people who work here! It is always a joy to see them.

I've come to this location nearly every day for a year, and I must say the morning/afternoon teams are pleasant, courteous, and respectful. It's everything you'd expect from a convenient store.

7-11 HAS GOTTEN SO MUCH BETTER, AND THE CHEESE PIZZAS ARE AWESOME!

This is a very good 7-Eleven I often go in there and make my morning purchases the place is always clean there is not a lot of transient traffic out in front of it even though it's located downtown the staff is always courteous and prop Services given so I definitely would recommend this business if you see this review and you find it helpful give me a thumbs up

As a foreign visitor to Dallas I found this store excellent for all my needs. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot dogs, friendly staff & very good prices.

The store would be a great store if they really were open 24 hours like they are supposed to be. The store gets closed every night. They are not 24 hours. Please update your hours

4/18/22 Google shows the owner says they're open 24 hrs & the 7-11 website says they're open 24 hrs. But this one definitely isn't. I tapped on the glass and the lazy low life "working" was eating all the food he's supposed to get rid of during the overnight shift. All while locking out paying customers (I wasn't the only one he turned away.)

Service is almost always okay. But...Everyday I go into this store, there is 1 guy (not an employee) who sits for Hours reading the newspaper and is Never Ever wearing a Mask, again this is an everyday occurrence. Another everyday occurrence is another guy who sits for hours and is always carrying a Full Size (20") Machete. Both of these people who are allowed to do this Everyday make myself and other customers I've spoken to, Very Uncomfortable.

This store is run by a evil owner he over works you and doesn’t pay you thinks he can get away with anything will even steal your identity don’t work here because you will not be paid the full amount owed. He will work you at both of his stores but never pay you what you worked for. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS GUY FRAUD HE WILL STEAL YOUR INFO AND NOT PAY YOU. Store is dirty they don’t clean and sell you old food.

I bought a bottle of water, drink it outside came back to buy a second one, try to put the old bottle on the bin but it was full so I leave it on the counter and took the new bottle from the fridge. The attendant start screaming at me that I was disrespecting him. I explained him that I have just bought the bottle and there was no place for it on the bin. He continues yelling and threatening me and refuse to serve me.
