10 STARS!!! Perry and his team took great care of my vehicle and the Service was outstanding! They seemed to be short handed and still had a positive engagement after a serious long Monday! These guys got me in and out in under 30 minutes, at the last minute AND stayed after closing to ensure my service was complete! I always hate being the last person to show up asking for service because you don't know how rough a day the associates may have had... Let me tell you I ask how was your day and I received, "Living the Dream." without a lick of sarcasm!!! They genuinely had a tough day but kept it 100% positive the entire time I was there!!!! Fantastic Spirit, Fantastic phone courtesy prior to arrival and Fantastic Delivery after a hot and bothering Texas Monday!!! Thank you for all you do and for making my visit Memorable!!! Applause are in order!!! 10 STARS!!!

Stopped by the shop today after struggling through town to find a place that could plug a hole in my tire.
I was greeted by Rain who put me at ease and was quickly taken in by both Rain and Jose who plugged the tire and had me on my way even though they’re not a tire shop. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate the help that I got today and will say that this is forever going to be my shop. These guys made a problem that had already caused me so much headache and turned it into a non issue. Thanks again you guys!

New ownership is amazing! Clayton was able to make an issue right that occurred under previous ownership. The new prices are very reasonable for an oil change in Dallas and staff is top notch! Everyone is very polite and treats you like the only customer! Highly recommend under their new ownership! I will definitely be back to this location.

All the guys that work here are super nice! I brought my car in to get fixed after it had been vandalized and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Ray (I believe he's the manager) explained to me what had happened, what needed to be fixed, and even kept up with me about the repairs and the whole situation even better than my insurance company did. I felt very taken care of the whole time.

Ray (Manager) & Clayton (Mechanic) we’re super kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed with my 2012 Chevy Silverado’s brakes and the parts needed to do the job. They were very friendly and timely with the same day repair. I highly recommend Ray & his team.

Really great service. I came in for an oil change about 30min before closing a week ago. This shop has undergone some new changes since the last time I received services. Not only did the interior of the waiting room look clean, it felt inviting. Ray the manager was very personable and service was quick. I will be back. Great job guys!

I used to come here for my old car from 2008 to 2020. I read the reviews and tried again this week and I am impressed. Perry (Manager) runs a great crew and he helped me immediately. I am happy to be back and will continue to use them going forward.

Update December 2023. I needed some help installing something and the guys were great. Clayton spent the time making sure it was done correctly. Their work is much appreciated.

Ray and Clayton were extremely helpful and efficient. They changed my headlight bulb so fast and Ray really looked out. Will go to them for future car issues.

I know we all are tired of traditionally bad experiences going to car shops, but wow this one made my day. If I’m ever feeling sad again, I’d have to go to this car shop again just to cheer me up.

Philip, Chris, Daniel, and Jésus serviced me and my car and let me tell you, I was almost irritated at how fast they were at getting the job done. I attempted to do some work in the lobby and before I was finished they already serviced my car. Even more, they did not complain when I brought it in during store hours right before closing.

I would not hesitate to come to this shop for any car needs and highly recommend it.

Wow Factor! The customer service was excellent! I was greeted immediately when I drove up - 2 service providers answered all my questions to help me find the best solution for my problem (which was greatly appreciated), and then Chris Q (manager) sealed the deal with his enthusiasm to make sure all my concerns were addressed. He restored my faith in auto mechanic shops again - because let me tell ya, my experience with auto shops has been an absolute nightmare. So I am beyond grateful to have witness this great experience with Kwik Kar Uptown - I think I’m a customer for life.
