Panera Bread

Food was very fresh. Nick took care of us at the table and made us feel welcome. He acknowledged my mother-in-law as a repeat customer, which meant a lot to her.

Excellent customer service from Nick! He is so friendly and always makes sure my order is perfect! I will continue to be a repeat customer because of him. 10/10 recommend!

I love Panera bread, so far I am never disappointed with the food here. Order was ready on time, perfectly packed and the bear claw was delicious, perfectly sweet and soft. Coffee here is always refreshing.

*The parking here is a bit tricky due to the uphill parking lot.

This is a nice alternative to going to a fast food restaurant. We got our food pretty quickly, but it was still of good quality and a reasonable price. This restaurant also has a fireplace, which is lovely.

I completely LOVE the tomato basil bread. It's incredible. My favorite since Panera started! Soup in a bread bowl was great!

They are so helpful!!! I accidentally ordered from the store on 202 and the staff right away helped fix my mistake and made the food there for me so I didn’t have to drive all the way to concord pike. Service is great! Food is wonderful! My new favorite!!

Consistently good. I love their broccoli cheese soup and their Fuji apple chicken salad. So darn good.

Always good food, good service, and portions that are appropriate rather than the overblown portions that you get everywhere else. Makes sticking to a healthier lifestyle a little bit easier. Also ordering online and picking up it's a simple process and you're allowed to customize your meal anyway you prefer.

I wish it were closer to home. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue once and they fixed it and did more than what I expected to make sure I had a good visit. Great place.

I would just like to say that I asked for a breakfast sandwich with a sunny side up egg / egg over easy well I got a well done egg white the first time The second time I got a hard yoke was supposed to be running but they did try to fix it the third time I just said no thank you. I'm happy I did because when I got in the car I realized I had a booger in my nose the whole time so hey we came out even 😂

We went in on a fairly busy Friday night. I love the chicken sesame salad and broccoli and cheese soup. Always a fave! My PITA son only got a plain bagel toasted with butter but they didn't cut it or toast it so that was disappointing, especially for something so easy. My hubby got a different salad and soup but the taste was great. We've been here before and will be back at some point.

Had a great experience at this Panera thanks to our cashier Amesia! She was so helpful to my friends who have never been to Panera and helped make this process so much easier!

Love this place. The staff is always so welcoming and its very nice atmosphere. You see your regular guests and you see new people but every time i go in a have a good experience. Love the fireplace indoors. My only complaint is i wish the bathrooms were bigger and cleaner. Its very dated compared to the new renovation.
