Josh was very helpful. I brought by my Jeep Grand Cherokee, not knowing they solely work with Fords. Josh still took a quick look at it for me even though he did not need to. Great place with great people.

Absolutely stellar service and professionalism from the whole team at DTX. I brought in my wife’s 2019 Ford Edge ST for the 80K interval and other preventative maintenance. Work was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. I did hours of research and reading reviews to find the right Ford specialist to work on our ride and all signs pointed me to DTX. We drove from Rockwall just to use them and will be doing more business with them in the future.

DTX auto got me in ASAP and was very easy to work with and communicative. I brought my car in for an issue with the underneath splash guard and they had it fixed within 2 hours. I’ll absolutely go back to them for any future work!

The team was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I had an issue with my tire rim and needed some quick assistance, so they helped me out and threw on a spare and then tracked down a new rim in the meantime, ordered it to the shop, and put it on for me. Very grateful for their assistance and I will be back!

I was looking for an alternative to the Ford dealers service department, and I found DTX Automotive on Google Maps. I brought my 2011 F150 in for them to check over as I was having a number of issues, but was dreading taking it to the dealer and the high cost associated with that. DTX Automotive took care of my 100k mile service, oil change, oil filter, fluids, spark plugs, as well as installing new brakes and rotors in the front, and fixing my ac blend door. He complete all of this and more at a reasonable price, and I was so happy to be supporting an independent repair shop, rather than a dealership.

Evan is my go to guy and DTX is my go to shop! They got me in right away, kept me updated, and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend DTX to anyone in the Dallas area with a Ford Lincoln or Mercury. My truck always gets fixed right the first time by their master certified technicians and I’ve never had any issues with their work!

These guys are great! It’s so hard to find good and honest mechanics these days and these guys are 100% those mechanics. I’ve brought my Excursion in for a couple repairs, on top of routine service and they have provided quick service at reasonable pricing. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for knowledgeable Ford diesel mechanics.

These guys did a great job. I took my Ford Focus in for a brake pads and it was suggested that I replace the motor mount insulator. After the repairs were completed my vehicle ran super smooth and no longer vibrates when in park or idle. The gentleman at the front desk gave me some general tips to increase the longevity of my vehicle. I highly recommend DTX Automotive! Great prices and service.

First class service. If you are looking for an honest group of mechanics, you should give these guys the opportunity to exceed your expectations. They got my bucket truck in the shop and fixed the problem with the top notch professionalism. Being a small business owner having a reliable mechanic is paramount to my livelihood. From the start, Evan was very professional to work with. The team was quickly able to diagnose the issue with my Ford Edge and offer different solutions. At the end, my truck was running better with no further issues present. Evan even stayed a little past their closing hours, on a Friday, so that I could pick up my truck! I will definitely keep this shop in mind for any future repair needs.

Excellent experience with DTX Automotive correcting mistakes made by another shop on my Winnebago motorhome. Knew immediately upon drop off that I had found the correct place to diagnosis the issue and perform the repairs. Quick to get an appointment and Evan called the same day as my drop off that they had already completed the diagnosis and identified what was wrong. Parts were ordered and service completed within a few days. Staff came across as highly skilled, attentive, and professional. These folks will get the job done quickly and accurately. As someone with 4 vehicles, I have been to several shops around Dallas and this is my one and only going forward. Highly recommended.

Andrew at DTX Automotive has been a great mechanic to service all our fleet vehicles. He and his crew have an extensive knowledge on Ford vehicles and I cannot recommend them enough. They has been extremely responsive and give suggestions when needed that help us keep our vehicles in good shape for being on the road.

Josh was super helpful when I stopped in with my Toyota without an appt. My tire light came on and he had his team take a look to make sure my tires were ok before I got back on the road. He didn't charge me, and I was grateful for his help that day! Thank you, sir!

Man I was on the road for work and had truck issues. These guys didn't even work on My brand vehicle but they still took the time to hear what was going on and then do their best to help. They did a scan and offered me different options to help the issue. Meanwhile it was raining and he didn't even charge me. Just good business ethics and good people. Appreciate you guys tremendously!!
