Angelika Film Center & Café - Dallas

Very friendly staff. Clean, good sound system, coffee shop downstairs, free popcorn on your b-d and half price on Tuesday for members! They also offer feee movie screening for members.

This is a really interesting building and area since it is inside the Mockingbird Station. I went to see a panel discussion on AI in engineering/architecture. It was a very enjoyable and informative panel. I got a free Mosaic IPA beer before the panel (drink ticket with free panel discussion).
The theater seemed to get really hot when everyone was in there about 30 minutes into the presentation.
I look forward to going back to possibly see a movie or the next panel discussion.

My Friend and I saw another BEAUTIFUL WELL DONE & AMAZINGLY SCRIPTED FILM. Previously we viewed Invisible Beauty and Caste at the wonderful quaint Angelika Theatre. This time we saw ONE LIFE, my goodness it doesn't get any better delivering a strong yet gentle message on how WE/YOU/ME can impact the lives of others in the most significant way.

First time coming here and I enjoyed it so much! The theater is outdated on the seats as they really show the age of them but still comfortable. Employees are super nice and give quick service. No wait it was not crowed at all Which was the best part! They have a Cafe inside when you walk in and they Have the concession stand upstairs.

Comfy and never crowded. Has the best popcorn. Shows movies not in megaplex theaters. The coffee is good. Our fav movie theater even though it's a drive home.

Great movie selection. I'm a fan of the Indie movies. You can find them at Angel. Friendly staff. Good vibe. If you join for membership lots of perks like free movies, early screenings, etc. and membership is free!

This was my first time coming here and I enjoyed it. Very clean and tidy and not bad at all for $11 bucks. There are multiple floors with stairs, elevaters and escalators as well. Also there is both a concession area and a cafe built inside the theater building.

The bar and theater staff is awesome and the Rocky show they had last night with Los Bastardos was great! We’ll definitely be back.

Always an amazing experience. Clean, good service, and breathtaking movies played that you might not always be able to watch at a large chain theater. Me and my partner’s go-to movie theater :)

This is by far my favorite movie theater. It offers a very handy student discount and the screenings are always top quality. I go here for just about every new release.

It's so far from where I live so it had been a little while but I can always count on being able to find good quality films when I go to the Angelika. This time it was Stop Making Sense, the Talking Heads concert from the 80s re-released 40 years later. I was so glad we made the drive. What an awesome time. And that popcorn was the freshest best movie popcorn I've ever had. It was still hot for a while after we took out seats. So yummy.

We had a seminar at the Angelika and it went extremely well. Thank you Adam Conway for your help. Our attendees had a great time. The location was perfect for our guest as well. Adam was very professional in assisting us with set up and scheduling. Thank you again!

Love the film festival! Amazing films that don't always get picked up unfortunately because there are some superb ones!

Very affordable movies in a great chill atmosphere. Super nice location near other restaurants and shopping. Definitely a great experience.

Great theater. We wanted to see an anime film and since this was only place that was showing subtitles, we came here. It was pretty great. We bought our tickets online. When you come in, you have to find the kiosk to print (or buy) your tickets. They're by the entrance and it's pretty easy to miss. Once there, you print your tickets and order your food from the same kiosk. From there, you take your tickets upstairs and give your food order ticket to the employee at the food stand. There are no registers upstairs, so do have to order your food through kiosk. Anyways, the theater rooms are also upstairs. Since we were watching a really niche film, we were the only ones there. It was a really fun experience. The seats are a little worn out, but tickets are cheap. It's easy to overlook. Over all, really great. Planning to come here again.

Bunch of movie lovers here- I love it. The screenings may not be as campy as Alamo Drafthouse special screenings and the crowd might seem a bit more polished but its a good cinema place all the same!

Where to go for classics such a 'The Room' or a sleeper Cannes hit. They also do test screenings here.

Always a good movie theater to watch great movies. Offer a variety of movies for all tastes. Great deals if you become a member of Angelica for free.

We came to see Maestro all the way from Houston! We loved this theater!

I love this theater. The staff are always friendly and the food/bev options are great. Above all, they have an eclectic variety of movies that rotate all the time. This place is comfortable and reminds me of class movie theaters when I was a kid.
