LET ME TELL YOU!! I had the best experience at this store. The new manager Matthew was so kind and made sure all of my questions were answered. I was able to sign up for the new ATT Fiber and switch my lines over from T-Mobile. Thank you Matthew and team for a great experience! I will send my grandmother over as promised!

The manager Matthew was very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions Re: my new IPhone 14 +. He said if I had any other questions to feel free to return.
I give him an A+++ & 100% on his customer service skills and knowledge about the products. This will be my new go to store even tough there is one closer to where I live.

I absolutely love my new phone, service plan and service company! :) The sales associate, Zenas was very helpful and bright. The process was long and a tad bit stressful (from issues on my end), but Zenas was able to make the transaction smooth for me. He explained the issues that transpired and was able to get me through them while multi-tasking helping other customers! :) 0-5 stars. I give this location and sales associate 10 stars!

After my phone was shredded when it dropped on roller coaster tracks, I stopped in here to pick up a new one. Quick and detailed service, knowledgeable on the products, and accommodating with all my questions when setting up the new phone. Camilo and Claudia were my hero's and got me back to being able to work from my new phone well before my first appointment of the day.

Geovanni was great to work with! Very knowledge and friendly. We came in near closing, not realizing how long the upgrade process would take. He was super patient with us and still took the time to go through everything with us and not rush us out the door. Great customer service!
