John Eagle Honda of Dallas Service Center

I’m surprised to see the reviews are so low here, it’s never fun to need car maintenance but I’ve had nothing but great experiences in the 2 years I’ve been servicing my car here. Edgar helps me every time and is knowledgeable, straight forward, and kind. It’s a big help having someone I can trust at a service center!!

The service department is very nice, only take a sweater, because in early November it was freezing cold inside.
They did a Premium Detail on my Honda Van. It was really good, with a few spots that were not pristine, but overall it was a good deal.
The wheels were sprayed with a solvent of some kind to get off the Black from road wear. It seems to wipe off later. The wheels did not seem to be hand cleaned as with most private premium detailers.
The carpet was clean! Super nice!
I had to return to get my small removable seat, and a my rubber floor mat.
I mean, it was nice, and the service department was nice to help when I returned to pick up my items.
It takes almost a full day to get the detail.
There are snacks machines in the waiting area, and free coffee and tea, and dry cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios, to snack on.
They are definitely between a 4 and 5 star.
The staff all seems pretty helpful!

I am an ER nurse, work night shift and have to get to bed early on work nights. Jennifer got my service done under an hour, (she told me it would be 1.5-2 hers.), and about $50 less than quoted. Definitely going back for next service.

I am so thankful for John Eagle Honda and Carlos Rojas! I took my car to a mall and pop shop for an oil change a month ago and didn’t think they did a very good job. When I brought my CRV to John eagle, Carlos took good care of it and made sure to check the car thoroughly to see what needed to be fixed. Report came back good and the price I paid was reasonable. I really appreciated his efforts and assistance today!

Last week I tried to install and replace one of my head lights, as it went out in the winter time and I need it now more than ever. I purchased the light bulb at Auto Zone and my husband and tried to replace at home, as we have done several times before for other Hondas. However, this time we had a hard time pulling the bulb out, because it was stuck in the casing and in an awkward position in my Accord. I drove to John Eagle first thing the next morning on a Wednesday and arrived at 7:00 AM, fully expecting to have to wait 2 hrs for a light bulb change, pay for a service fee and get talked into a specialty Honda brand light bulb. However, Jose Hernandez took 10 minutes of his time to pop open my hood and replace the bulb himself with my store bought one, and let me be on my way for the day. I could not THANK HIM ENOUGH! I have been bringing both my Accord and CRV to John Eagle for service, and I will keep doing it because of the little things like this. John Eagle Honda has the best Service Center out of all the Honda dealerships in North Texas region. Thank you guys so much!

This place is really helpful. Service here was perfect. They ordered free nice coffee when I was waiting. And it’s faster than I originally thought. Highly recommended for Kevin’s kind and patient.
