Everything about Majestic Parc Apartments is more than I expected. Everything is top notch. The staff, the cleanliness, the grounds, are all very welcoming. I would like to mention Kari as being a great representative! She was instrumental to me, and answered all of our questions. Outstanding!

I have been at this complex for about 3 years now and it’s just too hard to leave! I love the location of it and how close it is to Loop 288 as well as the square. This little community is quiet and friendly. I absolutely love the interior of the apartment as the B3 (2 bedroom/2 bathroom) is the BEST layout I have ever found in Denton! It really does feel more like a home to us than an apartment.

Kari (Property Manager) and Alissa (Assistant Manager) are the best people you will ever come into contact with. They communicate with the whole community, attend to any needs, personable and help in any way they possibly can. They are one of the reasons for us staying so long. They have made and I know will continue to make the whole process smooth.

The Maintenance team (Todd and Coltin) are amazing as well! They are diligent, patient, kind and always seem to want to go above and beyond the work orders we place! It’s always comforting to know there’s a strong team on site that know what they’re doing. Although, these apartments are so well maintained we hardly have any need for maintenance at times!

I highly recommend making this place your home, whether it’s for forever or a pit stop. You won’t regret it!

If you are leaving student housing or simply in need of an affordable & nice apartment to stay in Denton, Majestic Parc is best way to go! It is such a blissfully quiet complex, friendly to families and college students alike! Not to mention, it’s right next to Loop 288, so you’ll be able to make several trips to the store and back with no sweat!

The Manager, Kari and the Assistant Manager, Alissa are a dynamic duo of diligence and dedication to their profession! Making sure their respective clients are tended to and always ensure that the process of moving you into Majestic Parc is as simple as ‘1,2,3’! Even if it’s not about housing, and you just want to chat for a tiny bit, they are both super sweet people and very pet-friendly!

Todd and Coltin are the hardest working maintenance you will ever see! On the rare occasion you’d run into an issue with your apartment, they will be there to fix it faster than you’d even have to time worry about it!

Me and my partner lived here for only a year but it was our favorite place we have ever lived. We felt safe and the apartment we moved into was very clean and had nice new appliances. Everything was quick and easy upon moving in and we always enjoyed how close it was to Downtown Denton. The only reason we moved is because our rent increased $300 which made it out of our price range. If it had not we would be living there for several more years.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I would highly recommend this place. They are the most caring understanding company I’ve rented through. I have had 2x where I was on the fence of moving somewhere else but the first one didn’t fall through as planned they were extremely understanding and made the process of me staying so easy and helpful. The second time which is now I am breaking my lease due to a new job and having to move further away and they were so helpful and easy going on what I needed to do. I am so great full with how easy they are to work with and how sweet Kari is she is always the one to help me and she is just the nicest person I’ve ever met. I am sad to be leaving the majestic parc family but times are tough. I hope this helps someone in the future looking for a great place to rent from!!

Moved in from out of state when the property was still finishing construction with no reviews to check or tour I could take before signing a lease. It was a bit of a gamble but my place at Majestic Parc turned out to be the best apartment experience one could hope for. Responsive and helpful staff and decent units for the price point. I recently have moved and am sad to leave such a nice place!

My roommate and I moved from East Texas to Denton and were endlessly looking for a affordable yet decent apartment that wasn’t too far from UNT. Majestic Parc caught my eye because of all the great reviews and they weren’t lying! Even during the application process, Kari made everything simple and easy. Management really shows consideration and concerns about you and it’s a bonus that it’s in a beautiful neighborhood with everything within a 10 minute drive.

tl;dr: This complex is affordable, has amazing staff, and really solid accommodations, especially for pet owners - you should definitely give them a call.
I've been renting around Denton for the last six years and Majetic Parc has been the best overall renting experience I've had in this city by far.
The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely people, the complex is really nice and has an amazing vibe. I actually ended up needing an apartment on very short notice and the staff were really helpful and understanding of the situation. It's the first apartment complex I've lived in where it actually feels like I live in a community with neighbors, not just living in a complex. Also their pet policy is one of the better I've seen around Denton so if your furry friends are important to you, I would definitely check this place out.
The units themselves are pretty nice! There are the standard assortment of odd apartment design choices and things we've had to call maintenance for, but no ongoing or outstanding problems. Noise is very low - you can hear people moving large things about or wearing heavy shoes occasionally, but it's a leagues better than the paper thin walls of a lot of the student housing in this area.
If you're looking for somewhere affordable that can feel really feel like home, you've found a amazing place.

I love my apartment. All of the office staff members are very helpful and courteous. Floor plans are very spacious. I have the smallest 2 bedroom but it’s very big. The lighting in the apartment is the best. Neighbors are polite and quiet.

Update. Today I’m turning in my keys. And I’ve never been this sad. The entire front office staff deserves a long paragraph about how great they are. But to keep it short. I thank you all for making the last year of my life a breeze. Anytime I call or email, they respond with care and concern. Even during this pandemic and life being hectic!!! Thank you! I will miss you !!!!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! The apartments are awesome, and cheap comparatively to denton rent prices! The staff here are the best I’ve ever interacted with. Love Jeff, Alissa, and Carrie! My fiancé and I definitely have gone to the office just to talk to them! Cleanest apartments in Denton too since they’re brand new. The only bugs we’ve seen have been spiders, and that’s only because the apartments are so new and they had to clear the land. Very pet friendly, residents are really nice, awesome pool, free coffee in the office, and I love having a real granite counter top.

I have been living here for a couple months and I love it. All my neighbors are friendly and the management are super kind and helpful to any needs that I might have. Very pet friendly with two decent size dog parks in the complex. A lot of variety in floor plan layout and all are up to date in new updated styles.

Amazing staff and management!!! Incredibly sweet and friendly as well as prompt with any requests I may have big or small. Apartments are beautiful inside with modern finishes and fixtures and several floor plans to choose from. Pet friendly with two dog park areas as well as a basketball court, workout room, and pool!!

Majestic parc is the best place I have lived in in Denton. It has multiple options of floor plans so you can choose what is best for you. I really like it because it has big closets and very nice floor plan. Also, it has a great location, very close to downtown, UNT, and the mall. Therefore, I encouraged two of my friends to move to it. And the staff are supper friendly and understanding.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. We love our apartment. Management is super helpful and quick to respond. We are going to miss this place badly.

Me and my fellow roommates have been staying here since 6 months and it has been a very good experience for us especially a good rapo between us and the managers here. I would really recommend this place.

One of the best places I’ve lived, and I was heartbroken to have to move away. The office is full of the nicest people, and the maintenance guys are great too. Overall a great place and group of people.
