Our service advisor was amazing! Very communicative and thoughtful when it came to servicing our vehicle. My Honda accord 2018 touring has been nearing 100,000 miles. When other dealerships were telling me to trade in due to minor engine damage that was caused by running a 18 wheeler tire over (Which was a lousy excuse from other dealerships to try to trade my car in ) this one not only helped service my car but saved me a bunch of money in the process! So I am glad I found this dealership and EXTREMELY thankful for there team! The service was great! I was in the area and my maintenance minder was on so I stopped in to see if they could fit me in. They were very accommodating and said they could. I was so excited since I was already there that I didn't have to schedule an appointment and come back. They were professional and didn't try to oversell or put additional repairs or maintenance that I didn't need. I declined one service they recommended (air filter) and they didn't press me to buy it or try to say it's essential. It was freezing outside so they couldn't wash my car, but offered for me to come back when warmer and they'd take care of it. They also advised me of a recall (no operating defect) that was for the car and asked when I wanted to take care of it. Thank you for wonderful service! 😊

Had to take my car for an emergency airbag recall, was able get it done the same day without even booking an appointment, The service works very quick. Took roughly about a couple of hours which was great since I expected it to be longer.
Overall very satisfied with the experience thank you.

Marcus was really knowledgeable and helpful in getting my vehicle in for repairs and finishing them, so I would have my vehicle back to get to work the next day. Giovanni gave me the contact director Rich who was able to work with me in scheduling a time frame to get my vehicle in. Mark in sales was also great with explaining the bells and whistles that come with the new accord touring. I looked around the show room floor when I first got there before I left. Mark let me test drive it and I was very pleased with the 2024 model. I will be returning for another repair job.

Service Technician Manager Mr. Fine went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. He kindly and patiently explained the service done to my car and what was recommended by Honda and because of me being strapped for $$, gave me pointers and ranked by importance what i need to fix. John Eagle has never let me down and employees like Mr. Fine is the reason why. Attn: Manegement Mr. Fine needs a raise!!

Bought a 2024 Honda CRV for my son this week. Adrian helped us and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went smoothly and had no problems.

The work was complete in a timely manner. Salesman was professional when talking to me about my car and the work/price. Very satisfied customer. Even though they will find other issues with your car. But to me it was ok, because it gives you a chance to get other repairs done when it's possible. And you know what, the work will be done right..

I appreciate the attention to care that you have taken with my car. Greg was great and communicated the entire time. The only complaint that I have is that my car sat for 2 weeks without work being done because you guys said you didn't receive the estimate from my claims adjuster. That was extremely inconvenient but besides that, everything else was fine.

This was my first time buying a used car and I shopped at different dealerships. I was nervous buying one used because a lot of reviews post sale at other dealerships said they had troubles with the car shortly after purchasing and the dealer wouldn’t help.
