My husband and I sent to Cinepolis and for the first time had an AMAZING time! The theater was much cleaner and nicer than it used to be. Then we met our server Nicole. Let me tell you she gave us the BEST SERVICE EVER! She is so attentive, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. This was the first time I received this kind of service here. We are definitely making it a regular date night here as long as Nicole is our server. Maybe she can teach the others how to treat people. On our way out we chatted with the GM, Sherry. I thought it was so great that the GM of the place would be out there helping and talking to people. She was so nice and polite. Whomever hired them should get kudos!!!

Id like to recognize this theatre for 5 star service, experience, NICOLE! I’ve visited this theatre for over a year now and I have to acknowledge quality service and premium experience when I experience it. Nicole really connects with you and your family while you’re a guest! My son loves when we run into her because of her genuine and positive interactions! Came here for an event and both managers and staff were great. While there were a few moments of miscommunication, the team worked fast and efficiently to get them resolved. Great food and easy parking. Movie experience wise, my favorite part is the seating as it is spacious and even if you sit in the front row, you still have a good view and time.

(Only downside: I came twice during the summer and because the lobby is all windows, it can get really hot. Maybe it's been fixed but that was my experience last year).

I purchased advanced tickets online for a movie and I didn’t get a confirmation email. I submitted a support request online It said about 24-48 hours. I was contacted shortly by Ms.Sylvia. She was very sweet and helpful. She quickly helped and figured out my problem. She even printed out my tickets! I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Ms.Sylvia

Super nice, relaxing, clean movie theater I have been too. Comfortable reclining seat for you and your wife,girlfriend or significant other that suitable for the both of y'all. The service was awesome and very polite. If you are thinking about going to this Luxury Movie theater don't hesitate guarantees you'll love it..

Enjoyed the atmosphere. The theater was very clean.. Service was good. I enjoyed my avocado 🥑 Cesar salad with salmon 😋. My auntie had the lobster 🦞 tacos. She wasn't thrilled about them. She said they'll didn't taste like lobster. My kids enjoyed their pizza,chicken strips,and quesdillas. And of course, we also got bottomless popcorn and soda. And of course. We watched the Barbie movie 🎬. Flowers were so beautiful. Enjoyed playing the games while we waited for movie to start.

Very comfortable, good selection of food and drinks. A little pricey though, but aren't all movie theaters?😅

Miss Sylvia is amazing here! She’s always so welcoming as the first person to great you when you buy your tickets! I will definitely keep coming back here because it employs people like her! Great experience!

We went in for a Saturday showing of Dune 2 and ordered a soda, the brunch burger, and the chicken quesadilla. Highly recommend getting there 30 minutes before the movie like they say, just to allow the servers time to get your order in and get it when the movie starts playing.

Unlike other reviewers, our food didn’t come out cold. But it ultimately comes down to how busy the theatre is. This specific Saturday wasn’t too busy, keep expectations realistic.

The theatre was clean and felt well maintained, and service throughout the showing was friendly and prompt.

Bathrooms are also well maintained, at around 11 PM they felt clean and sanitary.

I love going to Cinepolis! Ms. Sylvia always greets us with a smile, helps us validate our parking tickets, and gives us great recommendations when we don’t know what to watch, but really want to watch a good movie! Ms. Sylvia is the best! Seats are super comfortable at Cinepolis, love the service, and the menu! If y’all haven’t been! What are y’all waiting for! I highly recommend you come in for the best movie experience in Dallas!! Love this place!!

Clean, relaxing environment. The sound quality was excellent, and our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Plus, I love the free parking with validation!

I've visited this Cinépolis theater three times now and every experience has been great. Their theater rooms are nicely designed, their seats are always comfortable and clean, restroom facilities are clean and fresh, and their service is quick and a pleasant experience for me each visit. The screens and speakers are also great. Ms. Sylvia at the front was very helpful and courteous to me during my last visit and I definitely will be returning. And not to mention, the foods that I've tried have all been pretty good - the Chicken Quesadila and their Fried Pickles are my fav so far.

i came down to cinepolis to watch Black Panther: Wakanda Forever tonight. i really enjoyed the structure of the theater, and it was kinda cool how it was tucked away on the 7th floor of a relatively unmarked building (there was just a long theater sign on the side of the building and it wasn't even directly on the building itself).

after i made my way up one escalator and then took the elevator the rest of the way, i made my way up to the theater, pretty much normal throughout. the aesthetic of the theater itself definitely felt a step up to other normal theaters, and the auditorium was definitely high-quality, reclining seats and all. i got my ticket on fandango so i just went in and sat down; the guy next to me told me that the two seats to the left of him were free because the two theatergoers sat somewhere else, since the seats don't recline. i basically had my own throne 🤩

the seats must've been unplugged, so i hit my original seat button to get food. i got the popcorn, candy cup, pink lemonade and spicy chicken sandwich. it was all really good! the movie experience itself was awesome and i'll definitely becoming here for my next premiere night escapade. <3

I went to see a movie today and my experience is as amazing!! Nathan was the best server ever!! Very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. And manager Marlon was very hands on and made sure everything was up to par

Good place to go on Tuesday. Half price movie tickets. Crappy happy hour prices. Only $2 off per drink. Our server told us half price drinks. They need some training. It could be a bait and switch thing.

I love Ms. Sylvia and her hospitality when I visit my favorite movie theater. She makes me feel like I should be at Cinépolis and no other theater. The food, popcorn and drinks are delicious. I visit almost once a week.

MISS SYLVIA!! WOWZA!!! The absolute best customer service I have experience in soooo long! My boyfriend had bought us movie tickets, but then we got free concert tickets and hoped we could switch the movie time. She let us switch it! WoW!! She was so kind and loving, and truly made my day!!

Sylvia Evan’s (ambassador) was such a kind and amazing person when I went to the theater with a friend. She made the experience amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment of walking out. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces Sylvia Evan’s!!

It's clean with a great environment. The seats and space are nice and roomy. The food is quality. They accommodated my food allergies. It's truly a luxury theater. I like it better than another popular movie theater with menu options that I have visited.

I've been to the cinapolis on victory park a few times now and I must say it is one of the best theater experiences I've had. Everyone is so courteous and kind especially the receptionist Miss. Sylvia. She always has great spirit and greats us to the best movie experience provided in the area.
