Kasa Highland Park Dallas

Overall, a great experience. Although I would recommend it any overnight stay, yet highly recommend for multiple nights given the kitchen and laundry. Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and the SMU campus. Please pay close attention to Kasa’s check in directions. Tricky but accurate.

This was a great place to stay. The room was great very modern with everything you need. The only thing that needs to change is the bed it was a foam type bed and not comfortable for us but that’s our preference. Over all very comfortable and a great place to stay.

Good location close to many restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the grenada theater. Only struggle was getting up to the room the first time. Management was very responsive with a parking issue and the rooms rooms were clean and fairly quiet.

Included gated parking garage! Well supplied kitchen. Nearby Kroger. You need to follow the complex online instructions that aren't available until just before check - in.

Absolutely loved staying here! LOCATION IS PERFECT!!! Central to everywhere we wanted/needed to go. The place was perfect for my daughter and I. This will be our go to place every year when we come for NCA.

We came for the SMU football game and it was very convenient. We were close to the campus, it was quiet and very clean. The instructions were very easy to follow and the apartment was clean. We had plenty of towels and we were provided dishes for eating and cooking as well as in unit washer dryer with tide pods.

Being a solo female traveler this place had a amazing location. Clean rooms, easy instructions to get into the apartment. My stay at the building was super quiet. The room came equipped with everything I needed. Bonus it’s a Kroger behind the building and a amazing taco place below the apartments. I will definitely stay again highly recommend.

We needed a place close to family, and all services we required like grocery and eating were right in walking distance. Having a quiet, clean area with amenities was outstanding!

Very nice hotel , our family enjoyed staying there. We was in 2 bedroom appartment, the beds was super comfy and place was quiet and safe. Instruction are very good for check in and check out. We arrived in clean unit , with nice upgrade look, everything was provided for a nice stay .

Great place located around a lot of things to walk to. Rooms were great for my family. Little things like the dishwasher that holds the detergent was broke, no dust pan for sweeping up mess. Other than that the place was amazing

All the comforts of home! Very easy to park and check-in. The condo had everything we needed and the communication with the property was easy via text. We got a text before our arrival that a lightbulb needed to be replaced and to let them know if they could come during our stay. The light in the bedroom was dim but not out. There was a side lamp so we were fine. We will stay again!

Conditions of rooms are exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Everything was clean. The property is located in a good area only 10 minutes from downtown Dallas. I used the gym and the gym was spacious and clean. I would recommend this property.

This was my second Kasa stay in Dallas, and now Kasa is the first place I look when I want to book a stay. The Mockingbird Flats Kasa was immaculate, and the check in could not have been easier. The location is great, with eateries right across the street. We were there during the Christmas holidays, and felt like we had the place to ourselves. I suspect it would be quite lively during SMU football weekends, but many folks would find that added to the stay. For those like me who like a quiet place, I noticed that the flat even had a sound machine. Kasa provides an outstanding value and I highly recommend them.

The condo was well stocked and very clean. We had a problem with the internet and a new router was replaced that day. We followed the instructions to check in and it went smoothly. We had a great parking spot also. We would stay there again!

Words can not express how great this company is and the accommodations… my mother just passed away which has been so devastating… while I’m also facing a divorce and a bankruptcy and I have an autistic child … so needless to say I decided to not book a hotel because I have children and I needed my space to just be…and I never heard of an apart-hotel before…the apartment was absolutely beautiful! There’s tea, coffee, fresh linen, and the building is very quiet… they have all of the utensils you’re going to need… with high speed wifi which is a must since my work travels with me… I spoke about my situation a little with customer service and on my last day I was met with the nicest young lady who brought a gift and she stated she was just thinking about me… LET ME TELL YOU THAT 5 stars is NOT ENOUGH!!! This company is the best! Customer Service is a 10 accommodations 10 cleanliness 10 overall just a wonderful experience! And let me tell you the prices can not be beat! When we do decide to travel I will be booking with Kasa… truly a blessing and peace no matter what the occasion is

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! We were in a great location! Walking distance to several restaurants and just a short Uber ride to anywhere else you wanted to go! The condo was very clean! It smelt so fresh upon walking inside! Bed was really comfortable for it being a rented space! We enjoyed downtime inside walking tv! Will definitely consider this Place again in the future!

Fantastic location near downtown Dallas. Virtual check in was easy with excellent instructions. Great facilities. Including a full kitchen. good washing machine and dryer ( no meed for a laundromat). Full size fridge and a hot water kettle. Coffee pods tea bags milk washing pods all provided.

Both rooms have ensuites.

Pull-out sofa-bed that is surprisingly comfortable.

Walk to Krogers supermarket if you dare to walk in the heat. Train station nearby.

Chines, tacos and pizza downstairs. 2 pubs across the road and a japanese restaurant across the road.

SMU is a 1 minute (if that) drive down the road.

Easy access to freeway 75 in both directions.

All freeway driving from DFW to the off ramp 2 minutes away.

Booked this hotel for my wife who was in town for a wedding shower. She decided to go at the last minute. Everyone else we knew who was going had reservations for a hotel right around the corner. A good friend of ours who works at SMU said Kasa would be a good location and it was. I'm not sure if it's considered a hotel or just condos. They emailed us the door code so she could access her room. It was cheaper than the near by hotels and was nicer, had a kitchen, living room, walk-in closet and more. She was really happy with it.
