I guess it's different for everyone because I've actually witnessed a lot of the staff there go above and beyond for others. Yes, everyone may have a bad day every now and then. I used to think the lady at the back was rude until I realized everyone have a job to do, and that is hers, unfortunately because dealing with a few she has to deal with everyone who walks through that last door😅😅. There are a lot of people in need in this big county, so they have a lot on their plates. Hell, I even thought about applying to work there because they look like they could use some help, but most of those positions as far as caseworker need a bachelor's degree, and I only have an associate degree 😂😂😂. No, but seriously, just be patient with them remain kind even if you feel otherwise. Kindness goes a long way🤷🏾‍♀.

I came in to check on my application for assistance. The staff was real helpful and polite. I explained my situation to Dallari at the front desk, she was very patient and caring. She explained to me how the program works, and gave me other resources to try. I thank you so much. I pray that you keep that caring spirit and don’t let anything change it.

Lilly Jones I love her. She’s needs a raise, she’s always so helpful & kind. She’s not even my case worker, but always willing to help. Thank you for everything!!!

Everyone is so nice and helpful except the hispanic lady at the front desk on the 7th floor, she acts and treats you as though she's better then you just because your on housing
