House of Blues Dallas

Really neat music venue/bar/restaurant!! Attended a concert here, it was general admission standing room, and it was surprisingly clean, spacious, and had classy decorations in the interior. Beautiful design inside and outside - the restaurant looked great & we hope to try it next time. Parked under the highway bridge (back of the building, on the corner) at the parking lot shared by the sci museum and nearby restaurants. Paid parking was only about $5 for 4 hours max which is a great deal for concert goers if you’re looking for a cheap, close by lot. Had no trouble exiting or entering for the event itself as traffic passed somewhat quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we look forward to coming back!

I was the wedding photographer for Brytani and Clay last weekend and while I’ve been to the venue before for a concert, it was my first time there for a wedding. Such a fun and unique venue to host your downtown Dallas wedding. Love all the artwork, rich colors and cool lighting. Can’t wait to work another one!

I was only there 10 minutes before i had to leave. Waited my whole life to see Extreme Live, was there but my daughter had a panic attack. So Daughters first ya know. 5 stars fir my first time there abd more. Maybe i can come back and try again soon. #paulsvalleydeadpool #pvdp approved! Most excellent place! SHINE ON!

This venue's size is perfect – not too large, not too small – creating a more intimate atmosphere than a big arena. I've thoroughly enjoyed the two shows I've attended here.

i wash just here to see ricky montgomery and it was the best show ever. The floor is a little crowded so if you dont like being packed tightly together i would suggest a balcony seat. the food is good the loaded fries are my favorite to share as a snack! and they have screens and tv’s so you can see even if you’re in the back by the bar. this is a great place for someone who likes to just go out and have a good time with some friends and listen to music :)

Super impressed by the decor. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Was there for the Ride/Charlatans UK concert a couple weeks ago had a great time. Love the venue and the service. You're a bartender Alyssa was the bomb. Very friendly and was awesome! Planning on going there in a couple weeks and I hope to see her again! Thank you guys for everything!

This is an amazing concert venue with an intimate feel for up to 1800 people. The food is pretty good although it's expensive. You'll enjoy the atmosphere all around and the people are very friendly!

Always fun as this is a smallish venue where you're close to the stage. Just watch out for the steps! Close to other things to do downtown as well.

Went to the Dope Lemon + Franklin Jonas concert here. Great show. Great sound mixing/acoustics. Great drinks (I love that they take both cash and card). Great atmosphere. (There’s always the annoying people who get there late and try to push in front of you, a person who got there early and waited in line to get as close to the front as possible, but that’s literally everywhere/any show...) I’d always heard positive things about The House of Blues but I’m a huge skeptic. And from start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed. It’s always nice to walk away impressed from a venue/show…

Great venue located in downtown Dallas plenty of parking well lit. The venue is not to small but not to big. Great sound system.

I have been attending shows here my entire life. Great size venue for a more intimate show. Everywhere is a good spot usually! I've made the best memories here seeing so many artists.
The drinks are so expensive though. You could get a 6 pack of beer for the price of 1 here, but I'm guessing that is most venues these days. I recently saw First Aid Kit and the sound guy was having issues a lot, but I know it is more challenging with the PA to the side of the house versus the middle or back of the room like some other venues. Could have just been a rough night. It happens!

The staff is super nice to everyone.
& The bathrooms have pretty good toilet paper lol.

Loved the all age Michael Jackson event. All security staff was very respectful and don't lay hands on people, they use their words to crowd control. Would definitely come back to a future event.

Great place for live entertainment. Food and drinks are always good. Staff are really very accommodating in every way.

Venue was in a nice location where I could access all day parking in a garage about 2/3 blocks away for $6/day. Security was helpful and kind and provided water to concert goers who had been waiting outside. Beautiful & spacious inside with full bars & snacks. The sound was great, better than the house of blues in Houston. 5 stars all around!

Had such a good time when Alt-J was in town!! The vibes were awesome the people who came to hang out were so chill. Everyone was singing it was like a giant song a long.

Great venue that is sectioned into Restaurant, Club, and Concert/Theater.
Bar tenders did great and the staff is well organized.

Great Venue and a great staff. Very courteous when going through security and informative when getting you to your seats. Concert was an amazing experience. Thank you.

I've been a few times to see my favorite artists. I am either in the stands or on the floor, and it's been great every time.

I never park at the venue. I either carpool or catch a ride (it's just easier). Getting in is seamless. Yes, there's security but I only bring my essentials.

Food and drink prices are decent. Oh, and the food is good. After that it's all about the music.

Great concert spot, I loved the lounge area and bar. It felt exclusive and intimate.
