Ultimate Automobile of Houston sold me a Lexus. They advertised the car on ebay with only 103,000 miles. They somehow canceled my ebay bid after they recieved a money wire transfer. The driver that delivered the car said the car wasn't drivable. The car didn't run, drive, or shift correctly. The leather seats were painted. The car fax said the car had almost 200,000 miles. Omar and joe told me that I should have read the contract. Gather all the facts you can before you go after them. They have scammed so many people.

Joe and Omar COMPLETELY MISREPRESENT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. They brag about how they rip of 50 people a month and then claims they prefer dealing with fellow muslims. They are as crooked as they come and wouldn't doubt their money is going to Syria or Iran. I suggest you avoid these crooks and look elsewhere for vehicles that are properly represented.

If you buy from Ultimate Auto's you will be Ultimately disappointed as I was, the car was not as described, Joe and Omar did not reply once to emails or phone calls! All phone calls go to a call centre who pass the calls on....

WATCH OUT!!!! THESE GUY,S WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING...CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INSPECTED BY THEIR CERTIFIED MECHANIC PRIOR TO BEING PURCHASED. FLEW FROM FT. LAUDERDALE TO PICK IT UP AND AFTER ONLY 600 MILES ON THE WAY HOME, THE FRONT WHEEL LOCKED UP AND CAR SLAMMED INTO THE GAURD RAIL AT 60MPH!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD KNOWINGLY PUT A PERSONS LIFE AT RISK, AND TO ADD TO THE INSULT,THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE REGISTRATION TO THE TEMP TAG THEY PUT ON THE CAR, RESULTING IN MY BEING TICKETED FOR NO REGISTARTION AT THE SAME TIME. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, RESOND TO TEXT OR PHONE MSGS.. THESE GUY'S ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS, LOWLIFES, DECEITFUL OUTRIGHT LIARS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT HUMAN LIFE!!! THEY WILL SEND YOU OUT IN WHAT THEY KNOW TO BE AN UNSAFE VEHICLE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THE MONEY FROM YOU... STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THESE DIRT BAGS AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER.....

Awful!!! Do not do it!!! Trying to blackmail me to change my review. Bought a Tahoe from them and a warranty. Should have known when he wouldn't even fill it up with gas and tried to give me the vehicle i bought for 15K on empty!! Had to buy 4 new tires and alignment within a month and won't fix any of the electrical issues under the warranty i purchased. Called me after I posted my first 2 star review to bargain with me to change my review, tried to give me a $500 difference which does not even cover the tires much less the other electrical issues. I agreed but only if she sent me the check, now she is saying she won't send it unless I change my review first. You can choke on that $500 check. I would go back there if you paid me.

God awful! When originally went looking for another car but it was out of our price range. We ended up finding a lovely BMW that had a couple of issues but Joe assured us that it would be fixed within 2-3 days. That was on a....Saturday I believe. We received out check the following Monday and drove on over to Amazing Cars, LLC to give Joe the check. He told us that he couldn't get the car fixed until we gave him our money, fine. He gave me a timeframe to check back with him, so Thursday evening and called with no answer. This little game of dodge the buyer went on for almost a week. The only time my husband and I were able to get in contact with him is if we left voicemails and text messages asking for a money back. He took it to some shop in the cut that once again gave us the run around. The repair shop was about an hour away from us, we were half way there when we get a phone call saying that they forgot to do an alignment. They wanted us to come back the next day which was completely out of the question. So, we got our vehicle and left. Amazing cars doesn't close until 7pm but we arrived at 6:30pm and the place was completely locked down. I called and sent a text with of course, no response. The other car dealership that works across from Amazing Cars showed up which is how I was able to bring the car that I sold to them back. So, we've had our car for about a week, and now it's smoking and Joe won't do anything about it. We asked if there was anything wrong with the car BEFORE we bought it, and we were told "it only needs a new throttle body." Joe's response was "are you going to keep calling me every time something is wrong with the vehicle?" First of all, who talks to there customer like that? And had you been honest when we came to get it originally we wouldn't have to call you all the time. So, we're paying out of pocket once again because Amazing Cars can't get their life together. I will not be buying from them again, and suggest that everyone take heed. Their reviews are low for a reason. You won't receive a call back, and they'll act like they are doing you some sort of favor.

I agree with the other guy below, if I could give them a ZERO I would!
I bought a Cadillac from them through Ebay. I thought for sure I would be ok since they have great feedback on Ebay.
They offered me a discount if I wanted to buy it off ebay. So I did, thinking I would be ok, maybe they just didn't want to pay ebay fees.
No where on the listing did it say it needed a repair that is going to cost me over $2,000!
I took it to the mechanic and was told I would need to replace the whole front deferential.
Another thing that they had hidden on the pictures is leaving the sunroof open so that it wont show that the roof of the sunroof door was all falling off.
I called the guy trying to reason with them about the repair needed. It took me 6 calls to get one call back.
When he did call back, he was rude, and acted as if we were wasting his time.
Never apologized, instead told us that "I am sure you know all car need maintenance", and hung up on me. Now we are stuck with this piece of garbage.

So beware, their form of "maintenance" is going to cost you over $2,000!

So I clearly believe that they buy bad cars, and sell them as good cars.
Don't be fooled by their ebay feedbacks. Shitty unethical business they got there.

I would give this place zero star if I could. I put down $15,000 on a car & they sold the car to someone else the same day. They did not try to make amends or even accommodate me in any way. How do you sell a car that someone already bought???
