I've been with Audi for nearly a decade due to their outstanding service, but this time, Mahdi Hadi, my Salesperson, and his manager truly exceeded all expectations. The buying experience was incredibly smooth; they went above and beyond to assist with trading in my car and securing my dream car. Despite my busy schedule, they accommodated me by staying late without making me feel rushed. What amazed me the most was how seamlessly they handled the closing process, which typically takes hours, but this time took less than 10 minutes. They swiftly got me into my new car, and I was on my way! I couldn't be happier with the service. They've definitely earned my loyalty for life.

As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help looking around but never felt pressured like you do at most other dealers. Nick I. first came up to me. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the sales manager Diego M. who took me out for the test drive. Mahdi H. also helped me a great deal and recognized me every time I would come in and Nick was tied up with other clients. I originally ordered the vehicle I wanted and was willing to wait 4-6 months for it. I received a call that they had a customer order that was canceled and became available in exactly what I ordered so I ran down to take a look and we finalized it that day. All in all I would definitely be back to Sewell Sugar Land when I am ready for something new. Thanks again for the first class treatment from all of you.

I will never buy a car from anywhere else Sewell Audi only! their service and entire process from start to finish was very pleasant. Geo was my salesman and he was outstanding. He was recommended by a friend of mine, and I see why .He is very kind and friendly and patient. He took his time and was extremely thorough. He made sure I understood every step of the process of buying my new car. He arrange for my car to be detailed and to be on the private show room floor with a big red bowl with a card on the rear mirror that said my name it was very thoughtful of him. I got to take pictures felt so special. 10 out of 10 would recommend Geo to anyone that would be interested in buying a car not just a car a Sewell Audi.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Audi Q7 from Audi Sugar Land this month. Our sales associate Nick Infante made the experience easy and fun and was a pleasure to work with. We love our Audi Q3!!! We highly recommend this Sewell location in Sugarland! We were referred here by my family. Big thanks to Bridge and Paige for keeping in contact with me while waiting for my car to be ready to purchase. They were both patient and had a clear understanding of what I wanted for my vehicle. They were not pushy car sales people whatsoever. I’m glad I made the switch to Sewell Sugarland as we initially went to Audi Central Houston and did not have a great experience there. I am an extremely reluctant car buyer. I don’t like the process, the pressure, the feeling that I may be taken advantage of. My latest experience was very different. I let him know exactly what I was looking for price wise and also my concerns about car shopping. He put my mind at ease by listening, being open and informative, and not pressing me for a sale. I knew it was time for a new car though. By the end of the purchase I felt good about the process. I am happy with the certified pre-owned Q5 that I bought. This dealership values its customers and will not take you for granted, as long as you are not sketchy. I visited several dealerships in search of a vehicle, but it seemed like they were unsure if I would make a purchase. However, at Sewell, Mr. Quinton provided outstanding service from the moment we arrived. He introduced us to the car, took us on a test drive, and explained all of its features, making our time there worthwhile. What impressed me the most was that there were no markups or unnecessary add-ons like other dealerships. This transparency in pricing was greatly appreciated. Lastly, I must mention that the service at Sewell surpasses that of any other dealership in Texas. 💯❤💯

WOW WOW WOW! We've been Sewell Customers (For Life...or almost) for many years. This is our 3rd Audi from them...our first at the Sugarland location. We walked in just to "compare" the Audi version to another VW brand we were ready to buy, and were greeted by Paige Swinney. Paige was just so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us that we ended up buying at this location, even though Sewell Audi North would have been much closer. I usually know more about the vehicles than the sales person, but not this time...Paige had every detail down (you need this package to do this, this feature does this, this model has these upgrades but not that, etc.) Paige made sure we got the packages that met our needs. After settling on the features, we then had a very specific color combination request (Red with Beige Interior!) and she went over the top to answer our questions and then find the perfect car in a distant state, honoring the price agreement we had reached. Sales Manager, Chris Wilson, kicked in a demo car until ours arrived, and then Paige drove the new vehicle to us (100 mile roundtrip)...in a downpour! We could not be more pleased! Way to go, Paige, Chris, and Sewell! Customers for Life!

This Audi Sewell dealership operates like unmatched surgical precision. Straight to the point. No pressure or pushback. My sales person was Brody. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, professional and extremely respectful of my requests. It was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had!

For example: you know that moment (in most dealerships), when you hand them the keys to your existing so they can get its appraisal value. Then it’s followed by a sinking feeling of regret, that you are about to be held “hostage” and never given your keys back until you give into high pressure sales tactics?

That does NOT happen here. They respect your time and don’t make you sit there for hours while they “pretend to cut deals in the manager’s office.” The manager does come and professionally introduce himself at the same time, he trusts his salesman to do his job so there is no need to crowd and hover over you. It’s so refreshing and enjoyable. The building is beautiful, clean, organized, and comfortable.

They have extra special attention to details that really give you that VIP experience. You get a tour of the facility, the service area (that is incredible). When I picked up my car, it was all detailed and had been pulled into the building with a big red bow on top for pictures. Next, you go through what I call “Audi School” and Brody walks you through every single button and feature “how to use” etc. It’s more than just “upgrading” to a new car, at this point you have just graduated into the Audi Afterlife, what dreams are made of!

Car purchased: 2024 Audi Q5

I have owned an Audi for the last 15 years. As usual dealing with Audi is a pleasure, however I have to highlight Nicholas at Sewell, he went above and beyond to make sure my boys had an amazing and unforgettable experience, he was knowledgable, and attentive and very thoughtful. This kind of service is what makes it very difficult to move away from Audi.

My husband found a car that I loved and Paige helped us during our process. It was quick, efficient, and very lovely working with her and the team there. Would recommend!

Audi of Sugarland is incredible. The people are very professional, polished and not pushy at all. It’s polar opposite of a “typical car dealership”. From the sales associate to the GM- this dealership is solid and I’ll never buy a car from someone else.
