Ross Dress for Less

I always can find the perfect gift, or outfit, for any occasion. I often feel like I am on a grand treasure hunt and get very excited when I find that perfect item for my home.

Recently I got a cute date night outfit, wind chimes, and even some high quality make-up for the night out.

Definitely love the savings and the amazing sales they put on.

Thanks for manager Patricia for solving my problem about a return, she has great communication skills and saved me time.

A day ago, I was waiting in a very long line but the lady on counter 2 was very fast. Fortunately, I went on her counter for checkout and she was very sweet and friendly too. I don’t remember her exact name but it started with a M. She was cute with glasses and had long black hair. Another employee guy in glasses helped me too with furniture. I think his name was Jason on his name tag. Also I found the home item I was looking for at this ross location. The store was little bit messy but the prices were really affordable compared to other ross stores.

I visited ross yesterday and there was a cashier named Marium who was very nice to me and gave me the best service. She wrapped my glass items without even asking. Totally recommend Stafford location for shopping. I will definitely go back😊.

I visited Texas not to long ago around march 26 and came here for some things the cashier was extremely nice I think her name was Krystal kristal. Besides that I’m going to need her @. @nyc_Artois

I got a best pair of shoes of nautica at just 17.99 believe me its worth visiting again i visited ross and believe me i got a golden pair flat shoes lovely at 19.99… do visit

Customer service at Stafford TX, Ross is nice and pleasant. As well as the store is kept up pretty organized. I like to shop for my household goods at Ross. The towels are nice and have a variety of colors and the price is good. Enjoyed shopping at this Ross when I do.

I was there today (6/15/22) excellent cashier she was very nice, quick, friendly and bilingual I saw her name Kristal and I was just curious and asked her if she speaks Spanish, to what she answered very nice, Claro se le ofrece algo mas? Sure may I help you with anything else?

Loved, loved, loved this Ross. The staff was pleasant and the store was NEAT and organized. It flowed smoothly when time to checkout. There were NUMEROUS choices in the aisles as opposed to my local Beaumont store which constantly looks as if it's closing down. I found 5 pair of 👖, several cargo pants, nightgowns and several sandals.

I found a great wok for $10 I love this store.

It’s rare to go into any retail store and have your heart moved by any individual but today I stopped by Ross by Fountain lake and a customer care lady Karen was assisting another lady who may have had disability my point is Karen was so patient ❤🙏 caring and attentive that I had wait to just say your awesome.. that moment of kindness may have been part of the job but am sure it meant so much the customers family and to the lady. I want to make this out to Caryn you are blessed thank you for making this Ross 5 Stars ⭐ mainly bcos u made my shopping more of a lesson of caring and patience than just a purchase.. you are awesome 👏🏽

This Ross so clean and everything was in the right size area and my cashier for the life of me I cannot remember her name but her associate number is 934-335 she was super courteous very nice and very fast and I will recommend this store to everybody in a heartbeat I will be taking a short survey for a chance to win $1,000 gift card or even $100 gift card but this is going to be my Ross from now on❤👍👏✌👌🤟

Great value on clothes

This Ross location is clean and well organized. They have a good price on the craft bags I use for work. Good staff too.

My favorite place to shop for clothes, shoes, and home decor for kitchen, bathroom and living area (wall hangings, journals, mats, rugs, candles, art, craft kits etcetera) Always a joy..I prefer shopping earlier in the day before 4pm to avoid the long check-out lines!

They seem to do quite well with 6 ft spacing decals on the floor and lots of hand sanitizer everywhere, all the employees are mast masked and most of the customers in fact I think all of them are wearing masks because you're not allowed in store if you don't wear a mask do you need a credit card to get started my friends seem to like shopping there since they find most of what they want and the prices beat traditional retail stores

Cheap prices, good quality merchandise, and fairly well organized, especially compared to some of the others I've visited.
