Mattress Firm The Fountains

Juan was awesome. I went to the store in Sugar Land Town Center and told the man there I needed a full size box spring and a frame for a mattress I bought online from Mattress Firm. He said he only had queen. I asked if any of the stores would have one and he said no. I asked about the less expensive frame and he said they only had the $125 one. I left, he obviously didn't want to be there. I called the Fountains location and Juan said he had the box spring but only the $125 frame. I went there and he helped me with a discount. I would only recommend the Fountains store. So helpful and courteous to the customers.

Larry is the best sale man with patient and knowdgle. He spend his time to take care my problem with all his patient. Really good experience with this store and Mr. Larry.

Words cannot express the intensely gratifying experience I had with DANIELLE, M.Firm's salesperson at the store in the Fountains Mall the Houston Texas suburb near Sugar Land 77478.
DANIELLE knew ALL about All the brands and categories of mattress & etc. at the store. She was friendly, relaxed, attentive and patient, helping me reach my final decision over two visits. She never was pushy or up-selling. She listened to my description of my sleep needs, and she guided me gently to my final decision. She also fielded several phone calls with aplomb.
I recently received my Tempurpedic mattress, adjustable base and accessories, and the bed is all DANIELLE predicted. AND more.
One thing that impressed me about DANIELLE is that she never lowered herself to bad mouth either M.Firm's competitors or any mattress brand not sold by M. Firm. And she never patronized me in a supercilious manner. (I'm 60++, and that treatment happens more than one might imagine).
It is rare enough nowadays to get service with just a hint of a smile. DANIELLE went high above that low-bar. Knowledgeable, great at listening to me, patient, pleasant.
I can only give her an A+ grade.

Hey folks I met Mr Larry at this location he was an amazing sales man with lots of product knowledge I went to buy a mattress ending up buying the whole package he is a good sales person I would highly recommend to go and visit him thanks Larry for all the help.
