Never really got to thank the shop for getting my 2012 Dodge ram a few months ago back on the road when I came back into town. Since you fixed the radiator core that truck has been to California and back to Atlanta now no problems. I want to thank you for your honest service. I’ll be sure to check you out when I come back into town if I ever need any future repairs which I hope not thank you.

The gentlemen there were very patient and kind. I had some concerns and questions, and they answered them in a manner that was easy for me to understand which made me feel comfortable with my decisions. I will return again.

The location I went to was shorthanded that day (on a Saturday), but they still fit me in to have 4 new tires installed the same day with wheel alignment and balancing. The Manager, Fred, is very knowledgeable about the tires they sell, and verified that I chose a good model suited for my car, and discussed how they were different than some other choices I had. Prices were way better than the other places I compared, so it was a win all the way around. (Pun was not intended!)

Fred was great. I was on a trip from NJ to D.C and experienced car troubles in Delaware. My car got towed to the location and Even though the shop was full Fred found the time to take a look at car and get me back on the road with piece of mind. Greatly appreciated!!!

David was warm and friendly. I blew a tire and arrived late to my appointment. I was still in and out under an hour. Great staff definitely will come back to this specific location in the future.

Debbie and Jen at the Christiana rd location were very friendly knowledgeable and think both deserve a raise I haven’t been to pep boys in a while due to another location was overcharging so I gave up on pep boys but not this location I wanted to give this one a chance got new tires, alignments brakes and rotors done all at a good price overall I’m happy great job Debbie and Jen I will definitely be back

I had all 4 tires replaced on my car. The ability to order the tires and make an appointment online is wonderful. It made everything so easy. The work was done in a timely manner. My car drives better than it has in many years! The people were so nice and helpful. They made me aware of the promotion to get a rebate with a new credit card. I signed up for it since I will be using PepBoys as my regular service facility from now on.

By far, the best repair service experience I've had in years. Jen and the team were informative, quick, and kept me updated throughout the process of repairing my brakes and general maintenance. I truly appreciate being given available options and recommendations, rather than pushed into an outcome. Great job!

I can always count on her to service my vehicle “The Right Way” so much I followed her from her previous PepBoys location where she serviced my cars for years to her current New Castle location. My husband originally went into get a flat tire fixed. They checked everything and reviewed the price with us beforehand but ultimately he had to get 3 tires replaced, a new battery and new windshield wipers. The employers are very trustworthy and I’m glad they’re located very close to us!

It was a pleasure working with Pep boys. I had the privilege of having Debbie assist me. She had extremely well rounded customer service. Along with making my experience quick and easy. Especially since I’m a novice when it comes to issues with my vehicle. I would recommend pep boys to anyone looking for new tires and anyone who’s unfamiliar with cars.

First of all, they were able to tell me what the problem was and then fix it. I arrived early and they saw me right away. It took a little to no time and I was out of there far more earlier than expected. They have always treated me as a priority.

Won’t take my jeep anywhere but here ! Patrick , Debbie and the mechanic are extremely professional and truly care about the line of work they are in ! Customer service is always amazing and the service and work is always reliable

Very excellent efficient service. I called several different tire stores either they had to order the tire or they couldn't change my tire on till 3 days later. The representative here at Pep Boys went out of his way to assure me that they would take care of me and meet my niece and the tire size I needed was always there. Very satisfied with this Pep Boys
