Dallas Fire Station 19

6/14/21 I was in an accident on Munger Blvd at I-30 when my driver's door was pushed in on my hip. It was badly broken. Unfortunately I didn't get any names, but all of the EMTs were working like crazy to get me out of my car. They were amazing!! They were so kind, respectful, and considerate of me. They were very efficient in getting the job done, while making sure I was taken care of. I just want to say that I really appreciate this AWESOME team!!!!

Station 19 is where it’s at! These guys are all so kind and considerate. Love it!

Your EMTS Derick Brouhard & Garrett Willmon were absolutely AMAZING, KIND, AND PATIENT!! I've delt with alot of EMTS and have never been treated so well. Thank you guys for your service and for coming back to get get me when I changed my mind to go to the hospital.

i had a very poor experience with your emts. (while i do appreciate there help) They had a very poor bedside manner. i told them everything i had taken which was my meds that are prescribed to me. i hadnt taken them in awhile, so i ended up having a seizure. Upon arrival at my home they started accusing my husband, roommate, and me of being crack addicts. i was extremely insulted by this comment. i am not a low life and should not be treated as such.before i became disabled i was a medical professional and i was treated like a criminal. i felt like i was going to die. I have never done a hard drug in my life in fact i was a counselor for addicts at one point in my career. to be treated in this manner is intolerable. And they were looking at our dental conditions, well when you have weak enamel and no dental insurance for years they rot, this is expected. And when you have no extra money to spend on dental out of pocket. you see there are many circumstances to having bad teeth. i think you need to re educate your staff about bedside manner and not jumping to conclusions before they know all the facts..because i have the right mind to sue you for slander and defamation of charcter
