7-Eleven

I frequent this store. The staff is very kind and helpful. I just saw a review stating that it was scary at night. In my experience tbis is not true; though there are some that are afraid of their own shadow. That was until I got shot at four times behind 7-Eleven after midnight how about week ago.Three rounds passed by my head, one up close.
Here it is years later and the 7-Eleven is still treacherous as ever the staff that work there what a disappointment they allow this the owner and the employees allowed the madness occurs around that 7-Eleven

OMG this location is super busy, but the staff are always really nice and greet you.

The store was clean and the help was nice for a change up.

7-11 stores are not the same the product is the same but the people are not. This is another example of a convenience store in parts of Dallas that are seemingly in bad neighborhoods in dangerous but in reality they're safe at home people that enjoy this community. Don't be turned off by the trash you see I don't like it. It is not a true reflection of who these people are in this community.

I needed gas, it's the least sketchy gas station in that area.

It should not surprise you that the staff is getting poor marks. As I was trying to figure out how to send this reply, I read a few comments by other customers who seemed to have same experience
To begin here I'm not pleased to be reminded of that employee. I'm growing angry just thinking bout it.
I was checking out and noticed the price for my drink was 50¢ higher than sign on fountain machine.
When I mentioned this to him he grew impatient and was clearly angry. I'm not going to put down verbatim what happened. You don't seem to like others giving an honest reply. I'm in this store often. You may get to meet me some day. That is not a threat, just conversation.

THIS STORE ISNT OPEN AFTER MIDNIGHT IT CLOSES AT 12 AM THEY NEED TO UPDATE THERE APP...

The website says open 24 hours but they close at 11pm. It's dirty and they are very RUDE! Drink machine NO WORDS food HORRIBLE and OLD ATM always down! 7-11 has to do better.

The store is horrible!! The staff and the cleanliness is appalling. A line of customers and myself were standing waiting for a staff member for about 15-20 minutes before anyone even looked our way or paid us any attention. I seriously dread coming here and so should anyone else.

My professional opinion is Piss poor service and clensiness is a -10 the manager/owner is very very rude unprofessional and thinks his name is 7-11.. I will NEVER shop there and have reccomend to others to never shop there this place is filthy and homeless have infected the store they are camping on front door. Go see for yourself. I have contacted corporate and they say it a Franchise locations.
