Zale Lipshy Pavilion, Ortho Spine Rehab, UTSW

I'm paralyzed.and gained so much strength and feel so much more independent since attending rehab. They made it fun, food is excellent, and the therapists were creative and very experienced in working with paralytics

I had to learn to walk and talk again after a difficult surgery. The staff and therapist PT and OT and nurses were awesome! I was treated good and well taken care of. PT Ben and OT Lisa were wonderful. I give them credit and thank them so much for them pushing me and having so much patience. It was a very difficult situation but they walked with me through it all and gave me so much encouragement. I highly recommend

Everyone was nice there are alot worse places then there over all pretty good hospital and it was clean

Dirty, falling a part, equipment is tattered and falling apart. Rooms are extremely small, making it difficult for staff to properly care for the patients. Staff needs better training. I felt like I walked into third world country's hospital.

Upon entering the driveway house almost run over by valet driving 40 mph, I asked the address security about this and they were disinterested in referred me to someone else. Upon entering the ortho waiting area the attendant who was in charge of checking patients in and was busy talking on the telephone and didn't have time to check anyone in. So basically my opinion is UTSW Zale Lipshy Hospital is let it sucks.

Staff members are very unpersuaded and inconsiderate to pts. Concerns and needs also including our medical conditions
Would not recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to live
