Worked with Joe to buy a high mileage but in excellent condition BMW. 95% of their business is from Japanese customers including trade-in/sales so their cars aren’t from auction and usually well taken care of. Buying process was no pressure and smooth, and price reasonable. Joe and his team even went the extra mile to detail and locally deliver the car personally after my purchase. We just bought a used Honda Odyssey from Japan Auto Services. The vehicle has low mileage for its age and is in really good shape. Joe and his team have excellent customer service and attention to detail. As a small dealership, they have to take care of customers to be successful and build long term relationships and they do. I had.a great experience buying a used car from Japan Auto Services in November 2020. They were so friendly, communicative and accommodating throughout the process, even providing helpful information and flexibility as I navigated taking out a small loan with my bank. The pricing was very fair and they took care of the registration process with the DC DMV. I would happily work with them again!

They take extremely good care of their customers, even the ones who buy cheap, ancient, and probably low-margin vehicles. I would definitely buy from them again.

They had just the car I wanted, at a very good price. Even though what I was after was a fairly cheap, old second car, they provided excellent, friendly service that made the purchase process pleasant and simple. They even delivered the car to my home.

The car itself is in excellent condition for its age. I actually bought the same model, year, and trim line new, then sold it several years ago when my family didn't have a need for two cars. This one shows less wear now than the one I sold six years ago.

Being a 14 year old car now, it was of course sold without a warranty. Disappointingly, the check engine light came on within the first week, due to a failed sensor. Despite the lack of obligation on their part, Joe, Isuge, and the rest of the team got me in promptly to determine why the light came on. Then they had the replacement part ready the following day, picked it up for the repair, and dropped it off fixed and with the new permanent plates installed. All at no charge.

Then, it happened again. This time, it was the catalytic converter, a substantially more expensive repair. Without any hesitation or complaint, they took care of everything again, complete with pick-up and drop-off of the car at my home.

Recently I bought a car from Japan Auto Service. I came to know about Japan auto service from my office colleague and my colleague highly recommended them. As I was looking for a used car, I was a bit skeptical at the beginning. Anyway, I went there and bought my first car. Their customer service was excellent and I would say I am happy with my Honda CR-V, 2011. I am living in Maryland, yet Japan Auto Service took care of my Maryland inspection part. I would definitely go for 5 star for Japan Auto Service and highly recommend this shop for car buyers.

I needed a car and I found this small dealership with a great selection of cars. I decided to go check them out after checking out their site and I tested the car I wanted immediately. The service is very genuine and the prices are reasonable. Joe was very nice and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. I walked away with my car 3 days later! BMW 3 series.

Sold my car to them before my move. Friendly, candid and competent staff. They let me use my car until shortly before my move, paid in check in advance, and made the paperwork of title transfer very easy for me. Title transfer takes so much time now due to DMV closure as a result of COVID, so this was a great relief. Great place to sell your car, especially if it's the last minute.

If I were able to give 10 stars I would. Had a amazing experience with the purchase of a new vehicle our salesman Joe was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I felt in no way pressured by him to purchase. I will indeed be back and also tell my friends and family.

hey I just wanted to tell everyone that this is a trustworthy going to dealership when I didn't have the money on time one the dealer name luu offered me down payment igave him only 150 he held for 2 weeks until i can pay off my car they are very nice easy 2 speak wit etc. if u looking for Nice clean japan cars that's a good place not far easy to get there easy on metro easy on highway honestly when I purchased the car I thought I was gonna get lost going baq home but like I said everything is close u be aight.

This is my second time ever buying a car from a small dealership but i really did not expect this sort of treatment. This place is like the Four Seasons of small dealerships very clean office, VERY clean cars, clean bathroom (Yes bathrooms matter when buying a car) very professional staff and a family oriented business. I don't usually do reviews but the service was that good.

I went in to japan auto services to take a look at a couple of cars i was interested in and I was very pleased by their customer services and transparency.

They have great inventory and wide selection of cars instock. I would recommend this place for anyone!
