Quality Inn & Suites Dallas-Cityplace

Spent Christmas weekend in Dallas with my grandson. We had a blast. His first plane ride and 1st time staying in the hotel. We made great memories. ❤

Went on a weekday and the price was good for the very central location. Everything was clean and was a very standard motel room. I only wish they had more meat options at the breakfast. Despite the motel being next to a highway, it was very quiet in the room. They also provided a fridge and microwave in the room!

Taking into account the fact that is a budget hotel, service was excellent, room was great too, I stayed in a 2 QS beds room. It was tidy, beds well made, everything working. They are pretty much finished remodeling, so that makes it more palatable (specially at those rates). Overall a pretty good experience. Included is the breakfast (continental) with waffles, orange juice, yogurt, coffee, cereal and tea until a pretty decent hour 10 am (unlike others who offer it from 7 to 9).

My husband and I stayed here one night while we were in the city for a concert. The woman at the front desk (Elizabeth) was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and we had no issues with that. It wasn’t anything fancy but it was good enough for one night. There is also a diner in the same lot as the hotel that was really good!

This place is great, it is in a great location with multiple restaurants and things to do. The parking is great, the staff is very nice and accommodating. They have a wonderful pool. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast. It has everything you might want and more. The rooms are very spacious, enjoy the updated rooms. I have absolutely nothing to complain about at this wonderful establishment!

My recent stay at Quality Inn was great when I visited Dallas recently. The place is clean and warm, my room was recently renovated and for the price I paid, I got a decent deal for a couple of days. The manager at the front desk was prompt to cater to my request and I will consider staying there again

The young lady in the front office is VERY knowledgeable and does an excellent job! Room service is great. Right on the corner for N. Central Expressway and Fitzhugh, parking is plentiful, there's a pool, and buses are close by. And BuzzBrews is right next door.

I have stayed at many choice hotels, and often (I am a Diamond member in their rewards program); let me just tell you that out of all of them, this is the only Choice property I've been to where I am greeted professionally EVERY time, thanked for being a Diamond member and offered an upgraded room (typically at other properties this is something you have to practicall beg for). Front desk staff is always warm, accommodating and flexible; property is kept very clean and while there may not be many frills, the rooms are actually quite nice-alot nicer than many other rooms I have seen at this price point. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival I found I had inadvertently made the reservation for the wrong date. Harry, working the desk with several people checking in was able to help get a reservation for that night without penalizing me for the incorrect date. The room was great. Awesome people working there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Elizabeth at the front desk made our stay absolutely perfect. She assisted us with our check in which really helped us out. Such an angel and a sweetheart. Definitely recommend this place.

All staff was very friendly and were kind enough to let me check in early after getting in from a long night flight. Very well-lit parking lot, room felt clean and spacious. Very enjoyable stay :)

Great location with a great lil 24 hour diner in same spot. The room was super clean with a micro, fridge and ample space in king bed room. Check in staff was very helpful and very speedy to get us to our room.

Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. We arrived a little before 3pm and were allowed to check in early with no problems.

Good location, has been updated very nicely since it was a Best Western. Rooms are a good size. Several places to eat & shop are walking distance. Very clean

What a great place to stay. It was very nice and centrally located to everything you want to do in Dallas. And I Loved the little Diner next to it... The cleaning ladies were so helpful and friendly

I’ve been staying at the Quality inn & suites city place.You could not ask more from the front desk & staff. Elizabeth at the front desk is one of the main reasons I enjoy staying there. She always makes me feel welcome and makes me wanna to come back!!

The staff lady Elizabeth was super nice and such a sweetheart. She helped my family get rooms next to each other and everything was pretty nice.

The hotel is newly renovated and located near to the SMU. The room was clean. The manager was very helpful.

Although we were an hour early for our check-in, the facility manager Elizabeth, immediatly helped us with a smile! Great accomodation close to the center.
