Best Western Cityplace Inn

Rooms were clean and bed oh so comfy! Staff friendly and breakfast decent with waffles, eggs, and sausage! Pool was nice, No hot tub. Security guard in parking lot was nice and helpful. Area felt very safe. Even though the place was right off a main road, the room was quiet.

Great price and excellent location. It was quite easy to find and also had a very direct route to Baylor hospital. I think the only downside was the slightly cramped parking and people who thought quad cab trucks were compact cars. The room was great. We had a king-size bed with a decent, new, flat screen TV. The picture was excellent, which seems to still be hard to find in a hotel. The desk clerk, when we checked in, at 10:15pm offered us to-go water, an orange, and breakfast bar since we'd be checking out before breakfast was served.

Wonderful room, my TV was broke but they gave me a discount for that inconvenience. The A/C worked amazing, the room was spacious enough for me to have a few friends over for drinks. I had a good night while I was here

Great service and friendly staff! Reallyyy thin blankets on beds, but the beds were comfortable and clean! There was a little sign in our room up offering to sell pillows, blankets, etc . which we thought was a little out there but made us giggle. Pretty good location, and we very much enjoyed the little coffee/hamburger joint Buzzbrews right downstairs from our room. Also, breakfast was EXCEPTIONALLY delicious. Like, better than normal hotel breakfast. 5 bags of popcorn from me!

We stayed 4 nights, and 5 days. It was a clean room, with a nice comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast. Our rates were reasonable, and the maid service was attentive. Cheryl was wonderful and the rest of the staff was nice.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a nice place to stay, in the downtown area of Dallas, at economical rates.

Great experience as usual. The friendly staff at check-in was very helpful. Our room was very clean, the most comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was really good and fresh. I always recommend BW to friends.

I didn't go inside a room. I did however notice how quiet it was. There were no people hanging out outside on the premises. The grounds looked kempt. I have a friend that frequents the location because of its comforting rooms and fungshua. My words by the way. He just enjoys staying there to get away. That says a lot considering so many other hotels in this particular area.

I just loved the size of the room especially for the price.I had a doctor's appointment early this morning and I stayed there last night instead of driving to Dallas this morning. Fireplace had places to eat within walking distance in addition to being not too far from Gaston where the doctor's office was located. The best feature was not having to get into heavy morning traffic. I'll stay there again on my next appointment.

Always a great stay at this Best Western. Perfect experience all the time! Great rooms, spacious and clean. Wonderful 24 hour restaurant on site, great breakfast. Staff is extra friendly and price is very reasonable. Walking distance from other restaurants and a grocery store and perfect for visiting uptown Dallas. This location has become my go to in Dallas. I would highly recommend!

Decently priced rooms located in a good part of the city. Rooms are nice and we'll kept. However mine did have a few mosquitos. Stayed a week while I waited for my apartment to be ready. Would stay again.

Enjoyed this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts offered everything you would need, the staff friendly and helpful. There is a pool outside and a cool diner next door, which also serves espresso coffees.

I travel to Dallas quite often for work and have stayed at a number of hotels in Uptown area and this is my favorite. Good size rooms, super clean and friendly staff. With all my travels for business, a comfortable room is a big deal for me. I continue to come back here.

We stayed there on may 21st the Hispanic lady was extremely nice and professional she made my entire day I accidentally booked the wrong day online and she fixed it right up. I forgot her name but she was there on the night shift. the Room was great and very clean. I would totally stay there again.

I have been a regular Guest at Best Western City Place for at least 2 years.
This Motel is very well maintained and the Staff are both friendly and helpful.
It is conveniently located near Restaurants,Movie theaters and public transportation

Nice.. w/ super comfortable bed.. the shower was totally awesome! The continental breakfast was great offering waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, plus 4 cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, juices, and coffee.

Everything was nice. Great location. Close to uptown. I forgot the name of the Restaurant onsite but it was really convenient. Caring and friendly staff.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I've had more than a wonderful time at my stay, I met Larry Bird the first two seconds when I walked in the door he was checking in for 2 days for business so that was pretty fun and exciting to check in my hotel and get a meet one of my favorite basketball players above all time from the Boston Celtics baby!!

I had a great stay in Dallas at this Best Western. It's located in the downtown vicinity, within driving / walking range. Maybe 1 mile. But there are places to eat close by and you can start your day off right with their breakfast.

Good stay every time (10x). Always clean. Fair prices. Wifi. Good for an economical stay- but nothing fancy. Staff was helpful. No complaints.

Great place to stay. Definitely my spot when I need it. No noise, no drama, no worries. Love it. Even has a BuzzBrew spot to eat, pretty good food too.
