They fixed my car much sooner than I could get my car into the dealer, were much more knowledgeable, and was half the price. Would recommend coming here over a dealer any day!

It is such a pleasure to do business with European Automotive Center. Jayson and Sloan are a great team. They warmly welcome clients and do all they can to accommodate customer’s requests and automative needs. Additionally, I’ve found the Center’s prices to be substantially lower than local competitors. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

ESC has always been upfront with pricing and kept me informed of any issues while servicing the car. I travel from Oklahoma City to have ESC service my old Boxster and that alone should state my confidence and satisfaction with ESC.

These guys are great!!! Always cheaper than the dealer. They just did a complete diagnostic on my vehicle and helped me make a decision to trade it in. Highly recommend.

My wife and are are very grateful they are willing and able to work on our vintage 1997 BMW. Many shops have told us they don't even have the electronic diagnostic computer anymore to diagnose a lot of these old cars. Diagnosing and fixing these old cars can be tricky sometimes so most of the time they get it right, but if they don't, they make it right very appreciative of that attitude

Excellent prices and customer service (Gold star for Robert at Cedar Springs location). If you need anything repaired on your vehicle or just an oil change..go visit them! I got my oil changed for half the price of the dealerships! Update! I've gone this year for a new compressor, brakes, and oil change. They are always competitive with pricing and the customer service is always great!

My jetta, which has 250k miles, went in for some much needed maintenance and they knocked out all the items quickly. The price, even though it was high, was reasonable for the amount of work done. Thanks for taking good care of my jetta :)

Very professional to work with and fixed my car within 48 hours of it arriving -- I am finding dealers are taking upwards of a week to fix my car these days claiming COVID labor shortages.

Elijah Jiminez, the Regional Manager, was very responsive (via text and email) and the price he quoted me was 60% less expensive than what the dealer wanted to replace a radiator line. I have no problem bringing my car 25 miles from Keller to get it repaired and will be bringing another car to them in the next 6 weeks when it is due for its B-service.

Worth noting -- the towing service they recommended was very good, reliable, fairly priced, and easy to work with -- no funny business with them as is often the case with towing companies.

Finally, if I had to find one area to nit-pick, the only complaint would be that the car was a little dirty on the outside (they are on the short final of the flight path for Love Field) when I picked it up -- the dealer would have washed it. [Shudder!!!] Given that the savings from European Service Center was over $1,000 vs the Porsche dealer, I am VERY, VERY happy to wash the car myself!

I've had multiple repairs that each took over a month to work through in the past four months. Both times, the guys at the Cedar Springs location worked patiently to ensure my Macan was covered through my extended warranty, no matter how big of a pain it was for them to deal with this slow process. Not only did they continously communicate with my extended warranty company to ensure the repairs were being covered, but they also educated me on the issues with my car. I greatly appreciate how patient they were week to week and the way in which they took care of me from start to finish, for both extensive repairs. Thank you Elijah and the entire team!

May 2023 - This was the most professional auto service I’ve ever had.

The inspection was incredibly thorough and transparent. The team makes it really clear on what the issues are and more importantly where your money is being spent.

They use an online platform where the mechanics upload pictures along with the $ cost of parts and $ cost for man hours, which I appreciated.

They go the extra mile when it comes to communication and providing updates. I never once felt cheated or taken advantage of like I have with other auto services in the

2024 update.. Still the best service center in town. I will never take my care anywhere else. The level of customer service the guys give is just amazing. My Mercedes is running great. I take my CARS here whenever anything needs fixing. I have been going for years!

Ryan was so awesome!!! My car was fixed fast and for a better price than BMW would have gave me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan even offered to send an Uber to pick me up to come get my car!! He also sent one of his technicians to pick my car up from my condo!!! Customer service at its finest. Take your luxury vehicle here you will not be disappointed!! Great work, great prices, great manager (Ryan), and great technicians.

European Service Center was willing to take on my old BMW E 36 despite other repair shops declining due to its age. The car is sentimental and probably not worth the repairs it needed but they were willing to tackle it and did a great job.

Elijah, Chris and the technicians at this location are amazing! I am a young car owner trying to take good care of my vehicle, and they always do amazing work and answer all of my questions. My manual VW Jetta is my baby! They are a growing location and always accommodate my crazy work schedule. I don’t trust anyone else in Dallas to work on my car!

Highly recommended! Not only are they effective & efficient but Robert was very personable & professional. I had concerns regarding a new Mercedes purchase that were remedied & alleviated by Robert. Not only did he complete full service on my vehicle, he provided images to explain & clarify any concerns at reasonable costs.

Ryan at European Service Center was great. They got me and my 2018 Audi Q7 in quickly when the dealership said it would be over a week. They were thorough and did a great job explaining what was going on and their plan of attack. Will definitely be using them going forward as we transition away from the horrible service at the dealership. Thanks!!
