The General Manager, Anthony went above and beyond when I rented a truck for a few hours. The truck was supposed to be returned by a previous reservation, who had run into some roadside issues, so it wasn't available when I arrived for my reservation. However, I was able to use a cargo van, which ultimately ended up working out for my move. Anthony stayed after closing and made sure that my reservation was corrected and he had excellent customer service skills. I will absolutely rent from this location in the future with confidence and I highly recommend to anyone who needs to rent a clean and reliable truck or van. I really appreciate the time and effort that was given by the employees, especially from Mr. Anthony. Thank you for making this experience so wonderful. I really do appreciate it.

I got a flat on one of the trailer tires shortly after picking it up and called them and they had me come back to get it replaced. They had it jacked up and changed in a few minutes and checked all the pressures. Was so fast I couldn’t believe it. They even helped me unload the car when I returned. 5 Star service for sure!!!!!

The staff at this location was friendly and eager to help. I was taken care of immediately, even though I arrived a few minutes before they opened. When I returned my equipment, I was met with the same enthusiastic support.

Grover and Vicki were excellent to work with! These are two people who know what they're doing - they know what to explain, how to do it quickly, how to keep you moving, and how to make sure nothing gets lost in the process! Would love to work with them again in the future! The equipment provided to me was practically brand new and a delight to use. All around excellent service, in knowledge, experience, product, and ease of check in and drop off!!!

The front desk was fast and efficient. Ricky helped attach the trailer. He was very kind and helpful. Ricky provided information for a different location, should the current location that was supposed to help me with my motorcycle could not do the job. Both Ricky & the man at the front desk were very nice & professional

Anthony was extremely helpful. I made it in town after office hours on Christmas Eve and he explained how I could still checkout a truck. He made himself available on the phone in case I needed help. With such care and professionalism, I would use their location again and recommend them to others.

Found some great moving crates here. It's totally better than dealing with boxes. Will rent from them again. Customer service here is great too!

Went in to get a tow hitch installed, they didn't have it in stock but one of the employees offered to go pick one up from across town. So we went and ate lunch next door and by the time we were done they had us ready to go, even with no appointment. Super friendly people, excellent service!

Anthony is a great asset to the company .This location is very helpful but you have to book in advance because it's a excellent location.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Moved across the country with no issues with the truck or trailer for a small car. However, the trucks get pretty cramped seating three even though it says it seats 3. I would avoid that if you can.

The employees were very courteous. Plus when the 1st truck had problems they switched it and gave us an extra 1/2 hour.

This was best experience I've had at UHAUL. I prefer this location over any I've used previously. The person who handled my rental was fast, and friendly. The truck and utility dolley I rented were in good condition. I will use this location again next time I need to rent a truck.

Exceptional customer service from the General Manager Anthony at this Uhaul. My mother booked us a storage unit and I only had information based on what she relayed to me. There was a bit of a misunderstanding in the beginning to my needs, but I’m aware my verbiage may have been poor. Anthony was transparent, respectful, and courteous. I rent uhauls weekly sometimes multiple times a week. This facility is always clean and in order. The staff is amazing! Anthony recently helped me for a weekend rental at a last moment notice.
