Dollar Tree

I can’t believe how well organized and well marked is this particular Dollar Tree at Ross and Henderson. I was just passing by and noticed this Dollar Tree because I needed something. I usually shop at the one on Mockingbird/abrams or at the one on Abrams farther north and expected the usual mayhem of items. As I walked into the store, my reaction was immediate , the books were perfectly organized, the candy, chips and basically everything was in its place and all labeled properly. I did not expect this as I thought that disorganization in these kind of stores was the norm. I immediately asked who was in charge and then I met and gave my accolades to Mahogany for a great job done. She proceeded to credit the crew that works there and to say that without them she couldn’t do it. These lady deserves to be recognized, these days I don’t come across people like that, dedicated, hardworking and proud of a job well done. Your store at Ross is a pleasure! Thank you Mahogany!

I go to this DT about every week. It’s a clean store and they do a good job keeping the shelves stocked. Peter the assistant manager is always friendly and smiling and says hello. I often see him sanitizing the shopping baskets and wiping shelves which shows they care about how clean their store is.

The people at this Dollar tree are exceptionally nice it's not their fault that their supply chain is falling short they try their hardest to keep their stuff stocked and staffed overall it was a good place to shop didn't have everything I needed but still had a lot of things that I appreciate it 90% of their stuff is still a dollar which is awesome good job Dollar tree on Ross avenue

I think they're resetting the store and expanding to $3 and $5 items to try and create revenue that they are no doubt losing due to higher inflation and the rising costs of goods. I have to imagine that a store that exclusively sold one dollar items would be especially vulnerable. This location had very little inventory, but the store was clean and the cashier was friendly.

This store is always stocked with things that I need wether its grocery items or essentials. Customer service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s service!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 I love to get my mini mason jars from there to put my homemade butters and natural hair growth products in that I make at home same quality as u would find on Amazon... but it's discounted. If your trying to save a buck on groceries for the kiddos and other household items or what gave yout...go take a trip to the Dollar Tree...Btw..THE FROZEN FOOD IS FRESH AND UP TO DATE THERE....👐🏾👐🏾👐🏾PPL ask me sometimes....

I love all Dollar Trees, but this one is really special because of the exceptionally helpful staff. They are not only pleasant and helpful in answering questions while shopping, they really go out of their way to make sure you get all of the help you need. I bought 24 ceramic plates and I was pretty sure I was capable of getting them to my car by myself, but one very special employee (I wish I could remember her name) insisted that she help me get everything out to my car. The whole experience put a smile on my face and I hope Dollar Tree recognizes this outstanding team.

This is a great place for buying household items, party items, snack foods and regular food. I can't say the quality is top notch, but it will definitely suffice.

Today I purchased 2 wine glasses. If you were not aware, there's no way you would be able to tell what's the source of my purchase.

I am OLD SCHOOL...ONCE UPON A TIME ..
there was a strange phenomenon in all businesses that delt with the public. It manifested itself in extremely odd behavior by the staff of the establishment...it was called "customer service", and in those days it was a sacred, vital piece of the retail experience. New hires were TRAINED on how to treat customers, the people who spend money in this store, choose to support THIS place, what customer loyalty meant, and how critical the customer is ..
Many times, almost ALWAYS these days, after dealing ( or usually not dealing ) with who is supposed to be an employee, I leave, vowing never to return, with a saddness in my heart for the owner/ boss..these are the best he can find to hire...A very sad statement ..And usually the lower the pay, the worse the attitude/ performance. Shopping has become an extremely unpleasant ordeal. If you're looking for reasons retail is dying, well, bub, it ain't JUST AMAZON...
OK, ENOUGH .THIS STORE IS AN EXCEPTION TO THIS RETAIL MALADY. NOT EXACTLY THE MOST LIKELY OF CANDIDATES, EITHER..I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WELL... GREETED WHEN I enter, given attention and assistance when needed, and even in a store that must replace inventory 24/7, someone is usually around to move the cart or help me navigate the obstacle course created by incoming merchandise. I walked right past two items I was needing, and even while checking another out, the cashier saw my
delima, and asked me what she could do..
I apologise for not getting the cashier's name, a young black woman, but I asked her one question, " you like your job, don't you "? She looked at me , smiled, and nodded her head , while saying the word
" yes "...tell you what, the manager got an earful of praise and gratitude from this old man
Customer Service may well be injured beyond repair, but if you want to experience what retail SHOULD BE LIKE, THE WAY IT WAS, check these people out, oh, you may leave your full face helmet and Kevlar bodysuit at home, you won't need it here ..

It was an in and out trip the employees were nice and helped me with what I needed in a timely manner they knew exactly where the things I needed were only stood in line for 7 minutes and I was the 3rd person in line

Always a good shopping experience when I come to this location. Not quite as big as the one in Richardson but convenient and gas what I'm looking for at the time. I still tend to spend more than what I needed.

I meet a lovely young lady she took all my items and put them in the car.i was i smadhed my finger in the car earlier.she deserves a raise the best customer service in the last 2 yrs Award her to store manager

Very nice and convenient, and best of all. Just about ER'THANG IS A FREEKIN DOLLAR. NO FALSE ADVERTISING. DON'T YOU HATE THAT. Go to the "Dollar store" and you have to ask the prices.

This place is a mecca of deals - it seems everytime I go in there I find something I didn't know they had. While the quality isn't the highest, it is more than good enough. And some of the foods (especially the freezable ones) are actually way better than you might think!

Make sure to grab goodies in the AM because most of the cute items get taken fast! Staff is always friendly and makes it easier to make conversations.

I do not go to Dollar stores like I used to.. but Dollar tree is pretty much keeping their price at a very low cost 👍👍👍

This is one of the best DT in DFW. This one is much larger quantities are always plentiful and they've had the 3,5,7 Dollar spot for a long time.

Great selection, it gets messy by the customers. Not their fault hard to keep up with all the amount of traffic customer should be more respectful..
