I love the pharmacist here! He's always so helpful and kind. Will not go anywhere else!

Have been going there for years very helpful

They need to stop give times that rx's will be ready, as you come back even giving them extra 2 hours and waiting in line 30 min only to be told not ready. It would be easier to say we will send you a text when done as I can't give an exact time today.

It’s your standard Walgreens pharmacy. The actual pharmacist are pleasant & helpful, and I’ve used this pharmacy for a long time without any issues that were truly their fault (can’t blame them for what the insurance companies do.) It’s sad, because while it’s a decent pharmacy, the area can be a little shady sometimes. I’ve seen plenty of aggressive drivers, people asking for money for one excuse or another, even becoming threatening. Plus, using the drive-thru after dark seems like a bad idea. It’s not the worst area, but it’s not the nicest either, I’m sad to say.

I understand the pharmacy closes at 9 I got in the phone at 820 until 850 and I needed to talk to someone in pharmacy about my son’s medicine and no one picked up I mean no one it kept on saying we are assisting other customers but really for like 30 mins straight. I’m very unhappy and I don’t wanna drive all the way there for nothing!!!!

No matter how many people are waiting in line there is only ever 1 person working the pharmacy line. The rest just sit in the back and smile at you. Avoid this branch.

Poor customer service - After my son was discharged from the hospital I had to get prescriptions filled. I had been up for a long time and needed to get him home but didn't want to have to run back out. I stopped at my local pharmacy and gave them the prescriptions. They told me that there would be 45 minute wait and I agreed. 48 minute later they called me up and gave me one of the prescriptions and said that they didn't have the other. I asked them if any other Walgreen's had it and they said that they didn't know.
I went to a competitor who'd also didn't have it but they called other locations and found it for me. This was the customer service that was lacking at Walgreen's.
I had been a loyal Walgreen customer but since then I have never gone back.
