The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.

I hate how overpriced some things are in the store but I keep coming back because the ladies behind the counter are always so nice to me!

The entire store was on sale. The people at the counter were pleasant and while walking around 2 associates asked if I needed assistance. It was great!

Always a friendly experience, from the staff to the "shop cats". Plenty of food options available as well as toys / accessories. I wouldn't shop anywhere else and sometimes go out of my way to buy supplies here.
