Had an issue with the automated kiosk being down. The customer service line was of limited help but then I OK. Thank you said it. They hit post right there visited the offices on Riverfall. Andrew and Reniga were patient and fantastic in helping me resolve a complex problem.

Public storage always comes through! The best specials and the best prices! Even in more expensive areas you can always count on them to work with you! Not to mention their customer service! As soon as i came in Reniga promptly greeted me with a smile! She made me feel welcome and comfortable and helped me step by step! That says alot because even if she was going through something that day she stood strong and still helped me to the best of her abilities! I really appreciate this company and its employees! Awesome Manager Reniga helped me through the process and took a lot pf stress off of me with renting a unit. very knowledgeable and customer service on point the please and thank you'd you do not get nowadays sad to say! She is a asset to Public Sorage growth and customers returns. Also Brandon was very very helpful he explain the $1 fee to me that made sense b/c my first encounter with another employees was a bit confusing! Clean establishment!!! Kudos to both of them!!!

Reniga was so helpful! She is friendly, happy to help and knows her customers. I was torn between this location and another one closer to my house but Renigas helpfulness and knowledge about her clientele sold me on this location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a unit. Clean and well kept too.

We have been a client of this Public Storage facility since 2009 and Reniga has been fantastic to deal with. We had to get a new credit card set up because the old one had fraudulent transactions and Reniga was great getting it done.

Reniga is the type of employee every employer should value. She more than exceeds expectations of courteous and excellent customer service. She treats me, my husband and customers I've heard her with over the telephone with genuine consideration. Hopefully she has a strong future with Public Storage. Gaby is very courteous and accommodates customer nicely as well. They know my name every time I stop in!

We have been using the storage facility since before it changed companies. Public Storage keeps the area really clean and can't do much better than they already are. The manager there, Reniga, is also very nice. She always greets us cheerfully and is fun to talk to. Overall a great job!

This was a five star experience all the way around! I am a nurse and I keep weird hours when I'm doing my shift work so I overslept for my appointment. Reniga called me and instead of griping at me, she let me know there was another client there and gave me two more options for times to come in. While I was on the phone she also evaluated my need for climate control by asking me a few sensible questions and I discovered that I did not, in fact, need to spend the extra money on climate control but that I might actually need a bigger unit, which has proven to be true. I now have a whole couch I'm going to have to store in there!! YIKES!! She was not only patient but she was very helpful. When I arrived, we didn't have anyone else coming in so we got to chit chat and I just fell in love with her-she is an excellent property manager-she is on top of things when necessary. She is kind and she is patient and she knows her stuff, which is a relief to know. She is also a wonderful person in general. I discovered a lot about her life and she mine by just standing there getting paperwork signed and locks purchased and units picked. She is absolutely the best and this public storage facility is clean, well lit, beautifully managed and I may even stay past the one month I needed just to be able to hang out with my girl Reniga on occasion!!! She deserves a huge raise.
