Kroger Pharmacy

A pharmacy is a pharmacy. They can’t control your insurance, drug manufacturers, or your physician. That said, switching from Walgreens to Kroger pharmacy has been the BEST decision I ever made. For those unsatisfied with this Kroger pharmacy, please go try Walgreens or CVS.. you would not last a day with them! 😅 Thank you Kroger pharmacy for the service, stock, pricing, and speed. ♥

I had so many problems with the Kroger pharmacy in my neighborhood that I had all my perceptions sent to this location. Even though it’s further away. Everyone at this location treats me like they actually care!! I went in this evening to pick up some perceptions, and because they all weren’t ready the pharmacist walked right up to me and apologized. She also completely explained to me the problem, and made me really feel like she felt so bad even though you could tell she was beyond busy. She didn’t rush with me, and even stopped immediately to address my concerns. I wish I would have gotten their names, because every time I’ve gone in they treat me like a VIP! The young gentleman that first helped me gave beyond great costumer service, and I felt like I was talking to my best friend! Couldn’t say enough great things about the great customer service at this location!!! If you want a pharmacy that will do anything to try and make you happy this is definitely the place to go!! I went in at a little before 6pm, and I would love to thank the whole staff for going above and beyond!!!

I've always liked this pharmacy. I have used them for over 4 years. Yesterday I had a wreck, and I was having some prescriptions filled. I called and asked him that they be ready in record time as I was going to have to Uber home, and when I showed up they recognized my name and everything was ready for me.

I have been going to this wonderful pharmacy for a very long time. The pharmacists and techs are friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable, very hard-working and go out of their way to help me. I do not go anywhere else because I trust them and believe that they care about me as I do about them. I cannot imagine how much they deal with daily on a normal basis and yet during this time of crisis, they remain calm and steadfast. Thank you to all of you and my prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

No idea why there's so many low ratings. I love this place! They charge less than my insurance does so I get my prescriptions cheaper than at Walgreens. My prescriptions have always been ready on time and I've never once had a problem here :)

Twice this month, a pharmacy clerk has gone above and beyond to provide information and expedite the filling of a prescription when I really needed special assistance. Very grateful to have this pharmacy…this staff…in my area.

I just spoke to Jhonny and he was super professional and helpful, polite and took his time to explain and even suggested we use Good Rx for my friend. Thank you! He gaves us a way better price than Wal-mart pharmacy !

These guys get really busy but they are great. If there’s a line just go do some shopping and come back. Be considerate. They’ve got a lot going on. Best pharmacy in the area hands down.

Fantastic, pleasant staff. Doesn't have the CVS perks, but Kroger feels more comfortable and laid back. I'm glad I switched.

Sadly, the customer service at this pharmacy has gone downhill the last several months. Every time I’ve gone to fill a prescription it is an hour + wait despite having it called in days before. Additionally, the staff isn’t as friendly and doesn’t seem to care like they have in the past. There are many better options around the area.
