Just went through the pharmacy drive thru shortly after 9 am. Stephanie was amazing. She went above and beyond to fill my husband's inhaler prescription on the spot and we only waited for a few minutes. Thank you Stephanie for your awesome work ethic. You are appreciated.

The pharmacy staff are very friendly and professional they treat you like family and work very hard trying to please everyone and I do not think they get enough credit

Let me first explain my rating. Front staff, floor staff, and their Supervisors are true Professionals and that is why my rating is so high. They are willing to help their consumers and treating each person with respect n dignity.
The pharmacist and staff today however is lacking. I wanted to ask a question about a concern with a purchase because I have hypertension; it is well controlled with my current medication. My question was concerning how my purchase might affect my blood pressure if at all. I waited 8 minutes without having the Pharmacist ask me "How can I
help you ?" I am a retired "Registered Nurse" In my 25 years I have documented proof of my professionalism. My patient's or client's rather doctors or just average folk like the people who come into Your store for their Pharmacy needs to be addressed deserve
to be treated with dignity and respect matter what their station in life. To blatantly disrespect a patient or client is unacceptable in any medical capacity. The lack of professionalization, respect,
n dignity shown to me as an individual today has prompted me to strongly suggest to the executives of this store to have a class on the importance of being a consumer friendly staff as they serve in this community. This is not the first time I have been disrespected by the staff back there. It won't happen again. I will seek help and knowledge from another facility or the internet.
You should be very proud of
the well trained professionals you have greeting customers as they enter the store They are consumer friendly and no matter how busy they are my needs are address in less than 5 minutes. The Supervisors come quickly when called and are always willing to check in the back if my items are not on the shelves. A exceptional team.
Your Pharmacist and Pharmacy staff need to take lessons from them. The people in the Pharmacy chose to accept their job in this community. If they do not know how to treat each customer without exception with dignity and respect they need to be replaced.
Dignity respect and service is how to keep your customers coming back. I know that is why I continue to come back.
