DO NOT BOOK THROUGH CARRIAGE BOOKING!
I booked a carriage ride last year on Valentines day and had the worst experience. I was going through their website and I booked a carriage ride for $150 in Downtown Houston, TX. After leaving the restaurant, my girlfriend and I walked over to Discovery Green where we agreed the carriage would pick us up. We were 10 minutes late but I didn’t think it would be a problem since I booked it for the night and because it costed me $150!!! Before I got there I received a text from driver informing me that I missed the ride and he gave someone else a lift because he doesn’t get paid hourly, he gets paid per ride. So he tells me to ask some other guy for a ride. I ended up riding with another carriage at no cost but the carriage looked nothing like it appears online. Not even close-
My advice, do not book through carriage booking and go straight to discovery green and get a ride for $25.
