I love the convenience of this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and always ready to provide great service. I'm my opinion this branch is much quicker at processing transactions because it's not as busy as other local branches. The APR's for the credit cards and loans are very competitive and reasonable compared to other financial institutions. They offer FREE Notary services for members ONLY.

I went in to deposit a check and handle some refinancing stuff for my auto loan.

Was pleased to have bumped into Nathaniel. He was a wealth of knowledge and didn’t hold back in educating and guiding me, he is over qualified for his position and frankly I’m glad he is. He knew how to help me and advise me in numerous financial ways!

Anyways I walked out of there very happy, thanks RBFCU and Nathaniel!

I have mad multiple dealings with this location. I go here because the one on 3009 is always busy, and I don't usually have to wait here. I've never had an issue with this location or bank in general.

Love coming to this bank I always get great and fast service. It’s never been too busy when I show up.

Good people, good service..

I bank here. Rarely go inside, but when I do, the line moves extremely slow. I've been with RBFCU for years and have been a great customer to them. Too bad they've recently given me a reason to take my business elsewhere. They've become shady and greedy.

Revised my review as they tried to make some improvements and positive changes.

Great staff always friendly but i dont like that they have to put a hold on large checks for 10 days. Some banks make some of the money available but not RBFU.
