Dr. Taylor Cook is amazing! Not only is she an excellent Dentist, every time I go in, she remembers what we talked about at our previous visits and it’s like talking to my long-time friend. She truly cares about her patients and listens to all of my concerns. The staff is so caring and friendly, as well. I also want to specifically recognize Glenda, at the front desk. As the first person you talk to when you call and the first person you see when you walk through the front door, she is absolutely wonderful! I have never been treated so well…she truly goes out of her way to help and to make you feel like you’re the most important patient they have. I drive 2 hours from home and it’s truly worth the drive to receive the best of care! I highly recommend Today’s Smile!

Best family dental practice ever! I am petrified of going to the dentist, but this place, I have no issues going to! The entire and I mean entire, from front desk to the doctors, is absolutely amazing! They make you feel welcome and comfortable. They get to know you, which you don’t find very often anymore. I can’t speak highly enough of this place! My insurance is no longer in-network, but I will pay the extra to continue to go here.

We had a patient in the area who had an emergency dental issue. She didn't know where to go or who to trust. I think we can all relate to that scary scenario and what I can tell you by their work and by their professionalism and care is that this practice is Top Dentist in New Braunfels. I would highly recommend as the best dentist in the area and a dentist that you can trust for excellent quality and care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and appreciate that there are other outstanding offices that take exceptional care of their people. Every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The office ladies were very helpful and informative. They also returned messages promptly. Denise was my hygienist. I felt so at ease with here instruction and professionalism. I left feeling like she was a friend. I am embarrassed that I don't remember the Dentist's name because she was amazing! Very upbeat and friendly. She didn't rush but made me feel like she was really interested in me even though I am not from Texas or able to be a regular patient. I will recommend them every chance I get.

What a delightful experience! Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to Dr Taylor and everyone in between was as nice as Texans know to be! I think teeth are so important as for me it’s the first thing I see when I talk to someone so I’m very picky on making sure my teeth are as white and nice as possible. My hygienist was sooo good!! She really knew her stuff and took the care and time needed to do an excellent job!Meeting Dr Taylor was like meeting a friend you’ve known since elementary school! Such a great experience!!

I was having a mild panic attack while getting a crown. She and her staff were so patient and understanding. They were able to calm me down and complete the procedure even though it kept her and some staff members well after hours.

What a great place to go for your dental care! Dr. McCutchen and her team give me full confidence that my teeth are being well taken care of. They have always been efficient and thorough for any cleanings or dental work I’ve had done here. They even do a great job with my young children! Denise is one of the best dental hygienists that I’ve had clean my teeth, and I’ve been to a lot since we moved every two years before moving to New Braunfels. She’s patient, doesn’t scold you when she knows that you could do a better job with flossing, she’s gentle, she doesn’t make you feel like she’s in a rush, and she is extremely thorough. My teeth always feel so good after my cleaning with her.

This was my first visit to Today’s Smile dental practice. From the time I walked in to the time I left everybody was extremely friendly and polite. My hygienist was fantastic and great humor, as well as knowledgeable in his job. The dentist was fantastic. Even though I had to have a tooth pulled she did a great job of reassuring me that it could be done quickly and with little pain. I give this place five stars, I will be back again.
