I cannot recommend her enough, whether you’re ready to buy your first home, just starting the process or a seasoned vet at home ownership. She knows her way around home building, home purchasing, lending and everything in between. Louise will go to bat for you to make sure you get the best deal possible and she’ll tell you when it’s time to walk away if it’s not in your best interest. Louise helped me purchase a new home and rent out my current, and both went seamlessly. I will never use another realtor and will be referring every single friend and family member to her. Bonus that she’s licensed in California as well, if you’re looking to relocate.

Louise was wonderful to work with. She knows the Austin area and the home-buying process very well. I felt like she really had our back during negotiations. She was a really big help when a big hailstorm damaged the roof the night before closing. She helped us get through that chaos, too!

As a potential first time home buyer, I originally met Louise by randomly clicking on a zillow listing. I am rather introverted and i didn't realize that by clicking on the listing it connected me with an actual human! I was very hesitant to schedule the call however when the phone rang and I answered I immediately thought to myself "oh this is an actual human not a pushy sales robot. I enjoy speaking with her." I met her for coffee. She took time to come meet me at my favorite coffee spot and again she managed to explain the home buying process in easily digestible terms. It felt more like hanging out with a friend than discussing what, I thought, should be a very stressful event. I ended up deciding that I wasn't quite ready to buy yet however I kept in touch with Louise because she's a rad lady (and her kids are ridiculously cute). Cut to about 3 years later and my girlfriend and I were ready to buy however the market was/ nuts. Louise was incredibly helpful in explaining things to us, helping us to put together competitive offers, and was all around just fun to hang out with. She even enjoyed when my girlfriend would sing like a Disney princess, you know, just to really test out each house. We ended up buying our first home so much faster than i had expected and Louise was very helpful, communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. I would, and have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so.

What an absolute blessing it was to have Louise as our realtor in this CRAZY 2021 market! We had 3 days... 3 DAYS... to find our dream home in California and put in a bid. We all know how insane the world of home buying is right now and I am so thankful we had Louise in our corner. Louise was amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about her. We were first time home buyers in Oregon, buying in TEXAS, with no one else to help I thought- I know, I’ll reach out to Louise! She still resides in CALIFORNIA, and even with the mountain we had to climb with dealing with Opendoor.. She accomplished it with flying colors.. Trying not to get all mushy as Louise has been a long time friend and I can gush for hours over her. I ended up having to sell my mom’s house. It was a hot mess and I knew only one person would be able to help!!! I called her up and immediately she was on it! She got me into contact with “her people” and everything just fell into place.
