Ideal Dental Belterra

Had a great experience with Ideal Dental in Belterra. Daisy and Charlene were both friendly supportive and quite excellent overall. I was impressed by how much they were willing to provide information on what they were doing and how things would go, especially making space for special questions that I had. Dr Doan was quite Pleasant while also being tuned in with my situation and shot me straight but was kind throughout the entire visit. I trust their expertise and enjoy their staff. I hope you drop in and check them out as well

Dr. Doan at Ideal Dental Belterra is a great dentist! Very knowledgeable. She’s also super nice and remembers little details about you that make you feel special. The front staff are also very nice and helpful. Great dental practice!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved Dr K. Doan. I am not good with dental visits and she was very soft spoken, understanding, supportive and knowledgeable. Definitely will recommend to others.

I am very grateful for Dr. Doan and the staff at Ideal Dental Belterra. They are so helpful and transparent regarding costs of dental work. Dr. Doan has such a caring and attentive nature; I always feel cared for and supported at her office.

I've always had a pleasant experience with this place, but what caused me to write the review was my experience yesterday, 8/18/2023.

I knew I was due for a procedure soon, but I couldn't tell when, so I called and found out from their front office that I had actually missed my appointment by a week (I take full accountability on that; the reminders they send out? My phone did its' job TOO well and marked it as spam!). I was in a lot of pain, and the front office receptionist not only graciously said she would call other Ideal Dental locations to see if anyone could squeeze me in, but less than 10 minutes later, she said they could squeeze me in now if I made my way over!

Dr. Dietrich and all of the assistants that worked hard on trying to make sure I was out of pain last night were incredible, staying well after their business hours had closed to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with everything going on. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I seriously do appreciate all that this office did to make sure that I was out of pain and could save the tooth that caused me pain. Dr. Dietrich even called in today to make sure I was doing well after everything and not in any more pain! It's hard to find a doctor, let alone dentist, that cares about their patients' comfort that much.

I'm truly grateful for the team here, and I'll be recommending this place to my colleagues and friends who need a good dentist in the future. You guys rock! Keep up the great work and thank you to everyone in that office for such a pleasant experience once again!

Ideal Dental in Belterra is AWESOME! It’s been many moons since my last dentist visit and I was referred to this office near my work. Daisy was great with scheduling and getting me in after I showed up a tad late. Chris is an MVP; he walked me through everything then effectively executed. Dr. Dietrich was warm and welcoming. You can immediately tell she cares for each guest as if they are family. 5/5 stars and I already have my next appointment booked. Keep up the great work Ideal team!

What an amazing experience I had at this office! Chris, the assistant, and Dr. Dietrich were great! I have a lot of dental anxiety and they helped guide me every step of the way. Everything was thoroughly explained. The front office staff were so friendly and welcoming, as well. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Dietrich and Alex are top notch! It’s been many years since I’ve been to a dentist due to previous bad experiences. Dr. Dietrich and Alex made sure to take care of me and were very clear about the plan and ensuring I had a positive experience. I had a handful of fillings and a root canal completed and felt absolutely no pain. I had both Morning and afternoon appointments that were always on time. My husband has also seen Dr. Doan and has said the experience has been awesome. Thank you Ideal Dental for taking care of us.

Daisy, Tasha, Dr. Dietrich, and Dr. Doan are the best. The team there is very responsive to all forms of communication and patient needs. I came out of C-19 not having seen a dentist in several years. The team here helped me through fillings and having my wisdom teeth removed, which could not have gone better in my opinion. 5 stars

Ideal dentist were very friendly and professional from the moment l walked in till I left. They were on time and my dentist, Dr. Dietrich was excellent. I hsd a complicated pre-crown procedure including a cavity in the same tooth. The procedure took a while but I felt no pain and later when the novacaine wore off, 2 Tylenol was all I needed and later and since then no pain. The temporary works great. No problems.i get the permanent crown in 2 weeks. Best of all, they took my insurance so my cost was very little. All around good experience from a dental visit

The staff and Dr. Dietrich are exceptional. They were able to work me in for an emergency extraction and did an amazing job! So thankful and impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

I do not usually write reviews, but this place was great for my daughter's dental appointment and I wanted to share our experience with them. The staff was extremely caring and the doctor did an awesome job explaining everything that was going on with my daughter's teeth. Shout out to the front desk ladies who welcomed us with a smile on their faces and made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Outstanding service! I'm quite anxious going to the dentist, but since I switched to this office, I feel much more at ease. The front desk and my dental team could not have been more friendly or accommodating. I also have a hard time getting numb when needed and they made sure to get me there.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists since I moved to Texas several years ago and I have finally found the best! Ideal Dental Belterra has the best staff, super friendly and professional. So happy with the crowns they just put in :)

I can safely give 5 stars for the experiences we have had so far. 3 of 4 in our family have made it in for our exams and cleanings and were treated with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Dr. Doan is not pushy, she doesn't shame you and she is very easy to talk to about concerns. I am pleasantly surprised and pleased considering we are new to the area and didn't know what to expect. The office staff is always very friendly on the phone and helpful too.

Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. Highest recommendation without reservation.
