The UPS Store

My experience with this location is great. While at times there is a line. I remind myself they’re 2500+ Homes and Belterra alone. While I do have expectations for individuals and team members at places like the shipping stores. I remember that we never know who the last customer was someone worked with that person remind them of a deceased relative did that person have a bad day and take it out on them or was the person jovial asking them how they’re feeling and what’s going on with your day? In the end I’m thankful this location is so close to my home and despite some of the weights that occur from time to time I’m glad it’s here and there’s an option versus traveling to Bee Cave for Backa Dripping, or even near the Costco, Whole Foods at William Cannon. I’ll say special thanks to Thomas, Vaughn (and kids), Elizabeth and the leader ship of Janice at the store and in her family. Janice is patient and knowledgeable.

This is an extremely well-run UPS Store. As always, Patrick took great care of me today and the entire regular staff is always engaged and efficient - doing their best to manage demands of such a high volume location. I can only imagine the staffing issues they probably face along with having to deal with a not always patient or appreciative customer base. Cheers to Patrick and team for always managing to deliver with smile.

This UPS store gets a whole lot of business from the big neighborhoods nearby, and there are always myriads of amazon returns. They run a tight ship, and are always ready with a smile for another customer to assist, even when the line is almost out the door. My 4 and 2 year old love going to the 'package store.' The kind store associates go out of their way to give them stickers, and there are lollipops there too. I have had nothing but successful errand runs at UPS. Keep up the fantastic work!

My experience has always been a pisitive one. There are lines at times, but that is to be expected. Getting there early is always helpful.

This location is great! Vaughn specifically is my favorite part about dropping in. I love to quickly chit chat with her to make my returns and I'm on my way.

I will say, I've seen people get aggressive toward her and other staff members (usually when the guest has made their own mistake and the staff member is just following the rules). I've always seen her handle people like this with such grace, and I truly hate when people act this way toward others.

Thank you for being such a kind, well-run location, and I'm sorry for all the unconscious adults out there who think it's okay to mistreat others because they don't like themselves.

I stopped in today with a package shipping to Mexico. Everyone was very helpful. We encountered a few issues, but they made some calls and made it work. It was such a nice change from trying to call UPS customer service and getting nowhere. These ladies reminded why I prefer to use UPS. They definitely went above and beyond.

What a wonderful resource this UPS store is, thanks to the leadership of its manager! Customer service is her top priority. She is completely knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and provides excellent advice on every shipping and printing need. No job is too big or too small! Thank you!!

Young woman behind the counter was patient and courteous while explaining how to return a package, even though there were several people in line behind me. I'll use this UPS store for more shipping & printing jobs.

It is so nice that all the intitled costumers can write one start reviews and not even own how they acted. Funning thing is they will say go somewhere else but yet they keep coming in week after week. I love the service I get at the store but just laugh at how some act when they do not read how to return something and do not get there way.

This UPS store just opened up and the experience was quick, easy, and painless. The location is very convenient and the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful with several years experience in the UPS business. The employees will go out of their way to satisfy their customers and their needs. Just go in and ask for what you need and they will go out of their way to make sure it's done right. Highly recommend this location.

The best postal office/ UPS store. The whole staff is just amazing and always helpful, glad that they are the closest UPS to me. I go there all the time for any copying, mails, packages, returns that I have.

So I can help my friends send cards, print, etc.

Kerry-the graphic designer @ this location- is awesome! She managed to get some meeting materials that we needed ASAP put together in record time! She even took care of a couple of editing issues that we had missed. Overall great experience!

Great, quick, reliable service! We mail packages, return to Amazon, and print from here, and they do a great job on all of it!
