Northern Tool + Equipment

All my shopping experience with Northern Tools have always been easy. All staff are very knowledgeable about the product they sell.

Ordered online and drove all the way here to get our wood burning stove. Man were they nice. The line was a bit long, but it went fast. Once I confirmed my online order, a forklift was in the parking lot already waiting on me. Couldn't have been happier!

We have visited the FT Worth branch several times and when ever we are in need of assistance in locating some items, we go to Northern tools. The store is well organized and personnel are very helpful in finding items we are looking for - well done and thanks.

I have shopped at the Burleson store many times for many years. I have never had a negative experience while shopping there and have been a satisfied customer every time I have had the privilege to shop there.

I went to this store and a employee named Roger was very helpful he had the knowledge of the whole store to help me find what I needed . So happy with his service great attitude good customer service . We need more people like this.

Placed order, and then called the store to confirm it was in stock. They checked and confirmed it was, and placed my name on it.

I had a great experience, as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Jose and then he helped me get help with my lawn mower which I was taking in due to it not working. Jose took the time to explain to me what could have been wrong and then walked me over to the repair desk where Clarissa and Avdo took care of repairing my lawn mower. Quick repair and great Customer Service!!! I would definitely recommend this location due to how well they take care of their customers.

Catalog was very easy to find my heater. Website is well designed to complete my order. All needed information was readily available. Easy 5 Star rating.

Denton location had part of what I needed and called to verify that Burleson had the rest and would hold item for me. Burleson folks were friendly and helpful as well, much better customer service than I've had other places lately.

They have great customer service and have the products I am looking for not like home Depot, especially with lawn and garden equipment. I paid a third less than I did at home Depot for a electric weed eater that didn't work. Northern tools have quality equipment and for a better price. My advice is go with gas it works much better and has more power to finish the job.

Always been good service for me

First experience with this store, and was quite impressed. Purchased a couple of small items online initially thinking there might only be curbside pick-up during the COVID-19 pandemic. Upon arrival, I saw they were open and went inside to pick-up an additional item. The shelves are stocked neatly, every associate I came across was genuine and polite (not always the case at the orange and blue home improvement stores), and I could tell they were taking social distancing protocols seriously. I checked out with Brooke who was very friendly. She even located a discount for the in-store purchase that I didn't even know existed, nor did I ask for. I'm a bit of weekend warrior, but this location has everything and more than I feel I may ever need. I certainly won't hesitate to drive just a little bit further past those other stores to come here in the future for my needs. Thank you!

Such a great store! Their assistant manager, Alex, was super helpful when I had an issue with a generator that was still under warranty. He did a great job communicating with me and was able to get a resolution quickly regarding my damaged generator with the warranty company. Thanks Alex!
