This store sells most, if not all the "Other" disposable nicotine. The cashier was very helpful and even asked if there was a particular flavor I was looking for them he would get. They sell Puff Bars - all sizes, Air Bars, Bang bars, and others I can't remember. Definitely the spot to go to in order to get good disposable nicotine and service. Was even open early in the morning I think I went in around 1:40am

With new management this store seems more better than before. It’s always clean when I go to buy something. Customer service is very nice. I love going to this store on regular basis.

I grew up across the street and been coming here for years. Some of the staff has been better than others but this was the first store at this location.

I normally go to the gas station across the street, but today I saw that this location was selling gas 20 cents per gallon cheaper. As someone who likes saving money, I decided to make a visit to this store instead.

The first thing that was annoying was that this was the first gas station I've been to where the stations are diagonally aligned in a way where you have to swerve over 300 degrees just to even access them. Seeing as to how old this station is, I'll let this slide.

However, when I used my card and filled my tank, I saw that I paid more than I should have, only to notice in their very dim price bars that I was actually paying the same price as the gas station I normally go to. Normally I would just shrug this off if it were a few cents, but this was a fifth of a dollar difference than what their store was advertising, so I go in to let the staff know of this mistake so future customers don't get mislead like I did. However, I wouldn't be able to provide a receipt to show this, as their dated station I used - which appeared very vulnerable to card skimming - wasn't even maintained to have its receipt paper refilled.

When I informed the woman at the front desk, she was immediately defensive about my observation, claiming that in order to change the price of the gas station sign, she would need to close the whole station, despite there being at least 1 other employee working there. I have never seen this "procedure" at another store, but depending on this store's procedures, whether this statement is true or not still leads to two negative situations:
1. If the woman was telling the truth, this shows that either she as an employee or the store as a whole is terribly managed and trained, as the proper procedure with most gas stations is that you're supposed to change the prices of the gas stations BEFORE you change the prices on your sign to avoid situations like this.
2. If the woman was lying, she's condoning an illegal practice of false advertising - either due to negligence or to intentionally boost store profits - that could lead to a lot of legal trouble if reported.

I asked that in the future, the store would try avoiding that mistake again - as I stated that I was annoyed due to being mislead - in which the woman said she warned people who planned on paying with cash. When I told her that I paid with a card, the woman said I should have checked those dim price bars beforehand, insisting that it was MY fault for not double checking THEIR mistake. As someone who works in customer service, I can safely say that blaming customers for something that wasn't directly their fault is NOT a good way to keep their business, especially when your closest competition is literally across the street.

As I was leaving the store and telling the woman to have a nice day, I received a sarcastic "I'm sorry, honey," truly cementing the lack of training, accountability, and professionalism the employees of this store have. This was my first time getting service at this gas station, and it is definitely my last. I'm sorry, honey, but if I notice another lower price difference on your sign and see the same mistake, I will be reporting this store to the State Attorney General, and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

I used to go here all the time but i will not go back. The girl at the counter seems confused doesnt know how to use the lottery machine or anything else . The store is filthy water all over counter and floor ...girl said she spilled water on the counter but apparently to lazy to wipe it up then places the items i was buying in the water i had to ask her to wipe it up. I don't know what happened to the guy that used to work in the morning but he needs to come back. I hope that the people running it right now are just temporary because i won't go back until they come back. Awful experience. Disgusting environment.

Roberto Ruiz, he wasn't lyin about that racist lady. The cashier that work their on [5-21-2018] it was around night time, i was standing their ready to purchase an energy drink but called her own from behind me, and got served. The only time she was a fake professional when i was about to post a review in my car, stayed their for a littile bit to see if she actually called the cop's, standing outside i wasn't really scared cuase i didn't do anything wrong, just left laughing at her cause that's the only time when she started acting serious.

i had a devastating experience at this store more than one time and this time i had too file a complaint on the morning shift young black lady that keeps her baby at the store with her behind the register, i asked for lottery tickets for $7, gave the clerk $20 dollar bill and she refused too give me my change and told me too get out of the store, i did not get my $13 change back until i raised my voice and then she told me not too come in the store if i am broke, daaaaaa, i think the broke comment is the other way around with a small baby behind the cash register and also the cash register covered with papers so you cannot see what this NUT is adding up and also other early mornings drug addicts go in and out of the bathroom their too smoke.
