Neiman Marcus Last Call

I only give this five-star rating to Christopher from the shoe department. He is a passionate and genuine individual, highly responsible for his work. He shows great respect to customers, always going above and beyond to assist those in need. In summary, his service and attitude stand out among everyone. If you need to buy shoes, make sure to seek him out! I have recently purchased a total of 5 pairs of designer brand shoes here and brought my good friend along, who also bought 3 pairs of shoes.

Apart from Christopher, the service from others didn't make us feel comfortable.╮(╯_╰)╭

It wasn't too easy to get help when you need,I only see this one staff who would diligently and warmly assist a customer wearing a luxury brand, I waited until they both stop talking with each other then asked her a question politely but she doesn't even want to hear from me ,she interrupted my questions right away ,tell me to press a button to get someone else's help without any courtesy.

I also came across a staff member with no patience or friendly attitude. I asked if she could check for a size smaller. Without attempting, she promptly replied, "No other sizes; all shoes are displayed on the shelves." When I asked if she could find the corresponding shoebox for my shoes, her reluctance was evident. In the end, she gave me a severely damaged box of the same brand that can barely fit the shoes in. My friend asked this same lady for help in finding the matching shoes she wants, but there was no response even she waited for a long time.

As I finished paying everything I wanted and walked towards the exit with many pairs of shoes while holding my child's hand, suddenly an alarm went off. I was stopped by one staff, and all my purchases were opened and inspected. Eventually, they discovered that the staff forgot to undo the safety latch on the shoes. I felt very embarrassed, as it wasted my precious time, especially since my friends and child were waiting for me.

If you want your customers to have a good experience. Strengthening employee training is really important!

Love the home goods section! There are deals to be had! Just wish the clearance was a bit more organized at times. But overall an outstanding way to find real value!

I found a pair of Tory Burch boots for $87. I could only find the right boot at first, and one of the associates went above and beyond searching the whole store to help me find the other one. So happy!

Always a fun experience - enjoy the housewares and candles - especially good deals to be found for sure. Only deterrent would be sometimes better deals are to be had online for a lot of these items as they are typically a bit older. Do a little research while you’re there, but typically the deals are solid.

I couldn't afford anything there, but it was fun to look and see things that I may not get to see otherwise! I think it is a great store for people that have the money to shop there. I enjoyed my visit.

I am obsessed with this store! To date, I have scored a $325 A.L.C skirt for $45, a $195 Port De Bras Top for $35, $175 Farm Rio one-piece for $57, $650 Autumn Adeigbo in-season pants for $60, and a $545 Tanya Taylor Dress for $80. Be prepared to dig, but you’ll definitely find some gems if you take the time to go through everything, especially if you go when they have a big selection of an additional 50-75% off clearance.

St Vincent de Paul Avondale is a wonderful place shop and you'll find something for everyone. There will be a 50% off storewide May 31st. Mattresses and white tag items not included.

Sadly, this is one of the Last, Last Calls still remaining in the whole US. They started closing down a lot of these a few years back and this is one of the few left. Luckily in TX, this location along with the one in San Marcos remains. My wife LOVES this store and anytime we are able to visit a Last Call me make a habit of dropping in.

If you are not familiar with Last Call, it is the outlet extension of the high end department store Neiman Marcus.

Most of the stuff at these outlets end up truly being junk, but there is a limited supply of stuff that is brought over directly from Neiman Marcus. Usually, these items are not as heavily discounted, but we have had a lot of luck at this particular location, finding, high end purses and shoes such as Ferragamo, Gucci, and Chloe for more than 50% off. It is hit or miss as these items usually go rather quickly.

We make it up to this Dallas location about once a year and lately we have been lucky enough to find at least a few items each trip.

If you’re dedicated and take your time, you can find some actual great deals for items via the additional mark down red sticker. I got an originally $400 dress for $28.

Great shopping day, found exactly what we were looking for in ladies formal wear. The ladies in the dress room were so nice and accommodating. We found several other nice bargains. I was so happy shopping at NM. Definitely going back again soon. Great sales and additional % off in every department. Worth the drive from Keller.

This is a great store to shop in if you are looking for higher end items for a bargain price. I have never visited where I didn't walk out of the store without purchasing at least one item. The selection is great here. The sales clerks not so much. You kind of have to search one down for any help you may need.

First time in the this store and was shocked at the discount!! Literally half the price and everyone was so helpful. In regards to the past comments on the styles offered and prices they must not be a custom to designor clothing and seasons. I have to say I normally shop at the normal parent stores as well as the actual store front boutiques in Highland Park Village and will say this is a great place to shop for good deals on high end brands for wealthy more fashion incline shoppers. That is another reason for the more formal attire as that is the new styles coming out. Thank God the days of dressing casual all the time is starting to come to a end lol🙏.

I "try" to avoid coming here because I always overspend 😅. I love the selection when new stock comes is always off the hook. Especially for women shoes. From Gucci, YSL, Prada etc.... I always love bargains. Yes it's still a pretty penny coming here but you save so much more. More to love.
