Walker County Justice of the Peace-Precinct 1

Judge Fisher is not an inadequate or insufficient judge. However, I have noticed that it is hard to administer or receive Justice when our Justice system, including this court is greedy. I filed a case with this court, my information (phone number, email address , and regular address) were provided to this court. They did not communicate effectively when handling the progression of my case. I filed my case against my ex-roommate who stole from me in March 2022 and it is now November 2022. In October 2022, I contacted the court since I had not heard any news on my case since the last two times I visited to check in with my case. After contacting the court, I was told that the address given was a “bad” one. It was not, my ex-roommate was still living in the SAME complex for several months. I saw her. They stated that the constable, tried to serve the papers in July of 2022. Several months had passed before he even made the attempt. Now this court is stating that I was the issue, and if I want the Justice I sought out and waited for - I’d have to file again and WAIT. I emailed the Judge immediately with my plea and requested a refund - of course, they said no and didn’t take accountability but instead blamed the constable and me for not updating my address (when I gave multiple ways of contact, in case I moved before my Justice arrived - it seems it was never coming). How can you take my funds and NOT fufilll your jobs then call yourselves administers of Justice. This Court, Judge Fisher and WALKER COUNTY should be ashamed. You only did this because I am a college student. If you want Justice ? Please look else where, if possible.

I got my very first speeding ticket and didnt know what to do so I called the number on my ticket and the lady said I could do deferred adjudication but I have to appear in person or write a letter. She told me the courts hours are until 5pm. I decide to go in person since I have classes at 2pm. I get there at 12:40pm and she says I'm at the wrong place and directs me to the JP's window. They leave at 12pm on Fridays. Maybe their clerks could tell people the CORRECT hours before they drive from College Station to Huntsville to do this.

Let's start by saying don't waste your time calling for help or even to get your ticket info and layout of all payments cause you will be considered a in ranged customer and disrespectful witch will result to the guy telling you "I don't have to deal with. You good bye "and hangs up in your face . Funny part this tickets is from 2014 it's 2021 I honestly don't recall ever getting this ticket and to top it all I tired paying it and was refunded saying there was an additional fee contact the court for more information via email let's not say ok. So done tickets yes 2 tickets repaid in amount told via email here we are once again being told I will be refunded due to one ticket not being paid with extra fee ( via email was told only one of the tickets had the extra fee but due to being paid online at first together one payment they both had to be refunded then I could go repay adding the fee to the ticket that was told to via email) just to now be told the fee was for both tickets mind u the fee is for (I couldn't tell you b/c I got two different answers) but I'm be rude and get hung up on for asking questions oh but I didn't tell you is that my tickets were switched around and send to the wrong courts the extra fee got sent here but was supposed to go to jp2 even tried to correct her on the call y'all have recordings pull it so I get told we'll u have no tickets here so what's the problem oh course not I payed it plus more lol but hey I'm wrong I shouldn't have gotten a ticket so he says but sir it's payed but i was over charged and very confused and need answer isn't it your job REP. customer service rep that is your job right to answer and question and take payments . A traffic ticket doesn't make me a criminal im the one paying a ticket your taking my money I should be the one mad not you but to each it's own

Ever heard of voicemail? No answer. No vmail. Called several times.
