Brookshire Brothers

This is a really nice store I never knew existed. I was referred here for customer service that could not be processed at Walmart. I'm surprised it's a moderately big store, they have a gas station there too, with a well sized parking lot.
I visited on a memorial day, and i'm aware the proceeds benefit the veterans of Foreign Wars veterans assistance programs. you should check it out.

My local store. They don't have a big selection of pet food. They are a little higher priced. But for a quick pickup, they are the best. Staff is always courteous and professional. If you want a quick meal instead of fast food. Go to their deli. Best food and sides, just like mom used to make!

Stopped by the pharmacy to pick up Hubbies meds this am. I must say the pharmacist and the tech at the register were so friendly, courteous, and informative. The pharmacist explained in detail how the meds should be taken, what should not be taken, etc. which some pharmacists take the extra time to explain and others do not. However this young pharmacist explained to where I clearly understood everything. And asked if there were questions I had. No questions because she was so thorough. The tech at the register was so cordial keeping me updated on my prescription being prepared. Such an awesome team and awesome teamwork. Thanks ladies you are awesome 🤩.

I drive up from Conroe every week, and I always make sure to pick up a carton of cigarettes at this store. The pricing is better than convenience stores, and the staff are all friendly. Even though Huntsville is growing, I still get that small town feel when I walk in and get greeted with a smile as the clerk walks to the area where my brand is stocked to pull a carton for me without me even telling her which kind.

It is this kind of friendly, helpful service that makes the difference in customer loyalty in a world where good service is increasingly difficult to find. I'll gladly drive past 25 stores that sell cigarettes to buy them here from people who genuinely seem to appreciate the patronage.

I needed 4 items from Brookshire Brother's and located them in record time because my daughter brought me to the store not feeling well.
I no longer have a vehicle.

Run in when need an item & not driving to Huntsville are when we want the Backed Chicken 🐔 dinner from Deli for $20 GREAT DEAL just buy a bag of okra to throw in air fryer along with it & fed 4 this past weekend

Very helpful in adjusting the price of items on sale that was ringing up regular price.

I hope this store is able to stay open with HEB and Kroger being all new and fancy. They really have cleaned it up a lot. It is like having a giant convenience store right here in The Avenues. They have really good fruits and vegetables and also meats. They also have a great floral area where you can get in and out really quickly. That said, if you’re reading this…this is your reminder to go get your girl some flowers. You’ve been wanting to remember that, so stop reading and grab your keys.

My go to place as I live nearby. They have great groceries.

I love this Brookshires! Especially the pharmacy staff!! The prices are good also.

They are always helpful when looking for a product, and the pharmacy workers are nice every time I pickup or drop off. Store is clean and nice including the rest rooms. The smell of fresh cooked chicken from the deli just makes shopping all the more pleasant. I only shop groceries here.

The Store is always clean and neat. No one is in your way as you shop the store.. The shelves are always fully stocked and I always find what I need. They very rarely have any out of stock products and the staff is always so very pleasant and friendly. This is my go to store.

Brookshire Bros has always been a favorite store! Very clean and well stocked. The hot food counter is amazing..food is fresh and tastes great. You know it's good when the locals pack it at lunch time! Only complaint is that the employees don't greet you and make very little effort to engage customers.

The employees here are nice and helpful. Management is very nice. Store is clean. Meat is priced accordingly. And great deals in clearance

Payton was our cashier. Extremely approachable and friendly. Interactive with us and other guest and knew her job. We rarely go to brookshire bros but I'm glad we stopped today. (9/28/22), we will go back more. 2/13/23 went back and still nice experience. They have self checkout now but you can easily go to a regular checkout as well.

Great shopping experience. Everything was spotless. Obviously the employees are keeping the store disinfected, wearing masks, following safe procedures. The employee that checked us out noticed our bag of charcoal had a rip and made sure we had a new one. Even the customers shopping there were wonderful. It was a very nice, well stocked store.

Matt and his staff are very helpful and nice to everyone who enters the store. The pharmacy staff is also willing to answer questions that you may have! New in town try Brookshire Brothers. Their Deli is hard to beat

I like Brookshire Brothers bc they're a smaller store, which means they're ALOT more accommodating when it comes to customer service. It's never packed with long lines. I will admit that they're more expensive than the larger grocery stores. They have a good wine selection as well, and their fresh veggies are ALWAYS fresh.
