Jim spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me trying to find me a battery. He was professional, helpful, and courteous. He answered all of my (many) questions and even helped me learn about my car. Thank you, Jim!

Great guys, Chris and Jim! My husband drives an 18 wheeler and a fuel line busted. Loves truck stop said they only could fix with clamps and cost a out $70..a roadside would be about $300 starting out. They gave him a ride and got the hose he needed! Times are really hard and road side service takes advantage of people's misfortunes. Chris and Jim went above and beyond to help my husband and that bit of extra help can make a huge difference, I know it was for us and definitely greatly appreciated. Thank you guys for the great service and proving there is good in this world!

Always able to get a non-stock part that i need.

Came in with low tire pressure, asking where the nearest air pump was and one of the workers Ulysses went out of his way to get his personal air pump to help me out. god bless. Give this man a raise

I was having a problem with my Air conditioner I went in to talk To them and the counter guy told me what he felt the problem was he offered to show me the part which he did I ask him can you tell me how you get to where you put to part because it is inside the Dash - he said sure i will put it in for you!!!! minutes later I'm driving my air conditioners fixed my fan is running great 1st class...1 have All the confidence in the world in them that only is their knowledge very helpful but their hearts in the right place.

These guys are great!!! Wife’s car battery died. They tested it and replaced it for us. The battery is one of the cars that the factory made it near impossible to change. The gentleman changed the battery and had a great attitude even though it was hot outside.

I had a problem with a big Motorhome that left me stranded at a rest area about 10 miles north of Huntsville. It was the peak of summer Texas heat, and Covid 19.

I called and talked to the counter person and saw if they had a hard to find radiator hose, and it looked like they might. I needed the parts delivered, and the said that all of their delivery drivers were women, and they couldn't send them out to me. Fair enough. Then he talked to the manager, and he agreed to bring the parts to me. Awesome!

But it gets better, the hose did not match up, so the manager brought me back to his store, and we spent some time conjuring up a repair to the hose that was damaged and fixed it. And then he gave me a ride back to my stranded coach.

This NAPA is fantastic, run and staffed by some of the nicest, most generous, and professional people I've ever encountered at an auto parts store anywhere in the country.

PS: everyone did the Covid -19 mask thing like they were raised that way

PS.II The radiator hose repair lasted 10,000 miles until I stopped moving long enough to fix it correctly!

Easily the best parts house in Huntsville the parts are reasonably priced and they have most parts I needed in stock. Even if it had to be ordered they usually could have the part quickly. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable about cars in general. The employee that helps me is especially so being a mechanic himself. They can troubleshoot issues with me and make sure I get whatever it is I need the first time around without having to buy unnecessary parts that didn't need to be replaced. They are also good at assisting in deciding what to do with different issues when something may not turn out to be the most cost effective or most viable fix at the time such as rebuilding a part vs replacing a whole component. NAPA has proven to have the best return and warranty policies in town as well when compared to AutoZone or O'Reilly's not to mention having better quality parts to begin with. If you are in the area and have a car issue NAPA is definitely the first place I would point someone to before spending a ton of money on expensive diagnostics or parts that may not be bad. Be sure to ask for Chris B for the best experience!

The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Their attitude is good on phone or in person. I will gladly shop here because their warranty is good and I like to be treated well.

OMG, I went in with a broken tripod emergency and the staff helped me on the spot - for free! It was a simple fix, but they jumped right on it to get me back to work. THANKS!!!
