Harbor Freight Tools

I have been to quite a few Harbor Freight stores across the country over the past few years and this one is an entirely different experience. Staff actually asking if customers need anything, walking through the aisles, readily available to field questions and point customers in the right direction. By far, my best experience in a Harbor Freight store.

I love Harbor Freight! Jeremy and Pete are great Managers that always put Customers first. Pete is very knowledgeable about the products that are sold at Harbor Freight and he will give his honest opinion to help a Customer make the best purchase.

Received help without having to ask. The guy bringing out my order from the back even came out and loaded it in my truck for me. Excellent service!

Save yourself lots of $$ on tools...I was able to get a set with multiple bit sizes for less than price of one bit at nearby big DIY store. Great location, easily access from the interstate and hwy 190. Plenty of parking.

Very nice and open store. Not as condense as the Conroe one. The employees are willing and able to help. This past year whenever I can't find what I need at the Conroe store, this store always seems to have it, although it's an extra 10 minute drive from where I reside. I've always had assistance loading things in my vehicle without having to ask (compressors, large shop fans etc.)

The staff is always informed, quick and friendly. I love their sales and equipment. Make sure to sign up for coupons prior to going and get even deeper discounts. My home depot card hardly gets used since they've come to town.

Yeah they're cheap, but most of their tools have a lifetime warranty!!! My friends make fun of me for buying Harbor Freight tools, but they're just as good the name brands that's are way more expensive. Highly recommend stopping by.

Do not buy anything with a motor here. Zip ties? great! Furniture movers? Awesome! Hickory Handled Sledge and Axe? Needs to be stripped but still good. Cabinets? can be found for a better price elsewhere. Powertools? winches? generators? just about anything involving more than just simple power? S T A Y A W A Y.

I always have coupons for Harbor Freight, but this time mine was expired. The cashier was very helpful in n finding a current one on my phone for me. She was a great help and saved me some money.
