We love Tallent Sausage!! They have a variety of meats & it's always so fresh. It's worth the trip to Riverside, TX. This is the only location you'll find Tallent Sausage. They are stocked with your grocery, spice, pickled & produce needs. & the beef jerky is always a hit!

Wooooo ! I had to make a hard right turn to stop here & so glad I did. Walked in and followed my nose to the rear of the establishment, stomach took over and my heart soon followed. Great peoples helping out and sooo much stuff. Gonna be a regular stop on our bi-annual road trips!

Came by to get some sausage from the bbq area. I ordered a Sausage sandwich and sausage hot dog with drink. Came out to 8$ very cheap considering how big it was and they tasted great!! Store is older but well taken care of and clean. I will stop by when I am in the area again. Very good and will recommend. Staff was friendly as well.

Everyone is treated like family when they walk in the door. Tallents has the best sausage and a broad variety of sausages. The new section with the sausages that are not smoked, has numerous flavors and combinations that are unique. The deli with sausage, as well as BBQ sandwiches is wonderful. We stop by every weekend and are never disappointed.

I recently just went here like literally a few seconds ago and the sweetest man in a blue shirt helped me out and showed me the types of meat and where I can get it .He was even able to let me sample a piece and I ended up choosing the german sausage since it was so flavorful!Would most definitely come here again especially with such welcoming services !<3

Lived in Huntsville for 20 years. I started buying and having my deer processed when they were small. I have now moved away to Louisiana and none compare to their sausage. Just recieved an order after 3 days and was packed so good, was still nice and cool. Shipping was a little expensive but well worth it. Thank you!!!!!

Great sausage ! You msy try all of the samples at the Deli counter....Original, German, Version all good. Hot is real real HOT......Great Backed Potato Seasoning.

Mmmm, great sausages, cakes, brisket sandwhiches, pineapple upside down cake, crumb cakes, pound cakes, etc. Only thing its one of the few places around here, and thus can get busy, and they frequently run out of the yummy cakes. But I found out the best of the best is usually delivered on Tuesdays so am adjusting schedule accordingly! And Wish they would also do homemade jerky as it seems that us the only thing they don't have and are missing. But aside from all that it really is a fairly small store, has some groceries, canned goods, and a small bbq eating area that has good bbq.

Great price, the food has always been a delight. We especially love their German sausage. Friendly employees, some groceries and fresh meat available as well.

I absolutely LOVE Tallent and their employees! Its a must I stop every time I’m traveling from Houston! Everything is quality and delicious from the seasonings to the packaged meat. Do yourself a favor and try this when you stop…heaven! 😋 Keep up the great work and customer service!

Awesome stop for sausage! Highly recommend German style and jalapeno cheddar bit the best is the Chipotle Swiss! One of the best sausages ever! Stoping at Tallent in Riverside is a must when anywhere near Huntsville and stock up to stay happy until your next visit.

Stopped by for a Sunday afternoon bite to eat and it was very pleasant. My beef sandwich was delicious 😋 the clerks were very friendly and courteous.

What a great stop. Neat little store they make the sausage right here and you can tell because the Original is deliciously fresh, if you want a little more flavor and spice the German sausage is fantastic.
