I love this family owned business! Ana, Terry and Erik are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I value their experience and love that they have a jeweler on site. My husband recently bought a new center stone for my wedding set and they did fabulous work! I absolutely trust them with any of my needs.

We have been shopping at Quenan’s since we moved into Georgetown. The staff is amazing, very helpful and true experts in their field. My Fiancé and I went in to buy and engagement ring but we wanted to use her Grandmothers ring with a new diamond. Ana was amazing to work with, she showed us many loose stones and suggested some that we hadn’t considered. We went with her suggestion and the ring came out fantastic! We are blown away by the craftsmanship of the jeweler and the business acumen of the sales staff. When I showed the ring to her father he instantly recognized the ring as his Mother’s and was blown away at how good the ring came out!

I came here to resize my ring twice and I must say I am quite please with the service. Turnaround is pretty quick and for both times it was a week, respectively. My Konstantino ring fits perfectly now -- I definitely recommend at least their resize service.

Ana and the entire team at Quenan's are incredible to work with! They helped us design and create my engagement ring and wedding band from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, they listed to what we wanted and made sure that we were happy. It is such a nice feeling to have a local jeweler that took the time to get to know us, that treated us as family and not just a number. I went there to have something gold plated repaired. They did an amazing job! I would reccomend them to anyone. They are friendly, thorough, and expedient.

I had lost a diamond necklace and came in to have it remade. I had excellent service with Anna who helped me create my replacement. I love my necklace and the quality. Overall very impressed with their customer service and quality of jewelry.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Quenan’s recently. We were looking for my forever wedding ring. We had been looking for a long time to find that special ring and fortunately walked into Quenan’s and met Ana Diaz. Ana provided all the information needed to make a purchase and took her time to show us many options. Eventually, I decided to have a ring custom made and Ana made the process so smooth. I am incredibly happy with the whole shopping experience at Quenan’s. With a custom ring, there is a lot of back and forth checking on CAD design and wax mold. Ana was great communicating and keeping us up to date. What a great experience! I highly recommend Quenan’s for the quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had (for any item). I came in with a bunch of questions about upgrading my center diamond and re-sizing existing bands.

Ana was so helpful and took the time to walk me through what was possible with my current ring and what wasn't. She was so knowledgeable, warm and overall just a wonderful person.

After hearing all my options, we decided to re-size my wedding band, order a whole new engagement ring since the diamond size I wanted wouldn't work with my current ring, and I kept my current ring as is for now until I'm ready to turn it into earrings or a necklace.

We had so much fun looking at all the options they had for my new custom ring, we looked at several diamonds that she at onsite and a few that she ordered just for me to look at! Once we selected the diamond, we picked the band it would go in and she helped me make sure it would match well with my existing wedding band.

Everything came in a week earlier than expected (3 weeks vs 4 weeks), so I was so excited to stop in a try it all on. And of course, it fits perfectly!!

I’m only buying future pieces from them from now on!!! (no more Mall jewelry stores for me anymore!!)

I walked around the store with Anna for about an hour, looking at and trying on everything that struck my fancy, which was a lot. She seemed to be having as much fun as I was. We talked about jewelry, what she likes, what I like, and of course, about the gems. They have BEAUTIFUL, SPARKLY gems. I went in to talk about appraisals and came out with that information and some beautiful pieces for myself! It was a wonderful time!

From the moment I walked the customer service is by far the best experience I have ever had of at Jewelry store. The sales was zero pressure. After my purchase the experience of Quenan's still takes place every time I walk in. Working with Eric is a wonderful experience, from ordering a watch he did not have in stock to the process of making custom jewelry. I do not feel like another number, rather a business relationship that is profitable to each of us.

Anna was excellent. My husband wanted to buy me a special gift with tanzanite to commemorate a trip we had taken to Tanzania several years ago. Anna had 3 beautiful stones sent to the store for us to choose from and helped us pick the perfect one to make into a custom necklace using some diamonds from a watch I had inherited from my mother. The result was stunning! We couldn't have been more pleased. The price was reasonable and the customer service outstanding!

Took 25+ sparkly rings that belonged to my mom. I knew that 90% were pretty but had no value, but they told me I could bring them in & they would be glad to verify whether they were real or simply sparkly. Anna was very kind as she worked with me. Sure enough, it was 95% sparkly, but she identified the rest with the metal & the types of stones for me. She even took a few pieces to the back since the appraiser was available for further info. Beautiful store, lovely staff, very willing to advise and help. Oh, and the jewelry's not bad either (it's gorgeous!!!!)

Quenan’s Jewelers had exceeded my expectations time and time again with their excellent service repairing multiple pieces of jewelry that needed various repairs. This is why my husband and I chose them for my new wedding ring.
Eric showed me a ring by Christopher Designs ring that was in the shop, it was beautiful but I wanted a bit bigger overall total weight. Eric ordered the new ring, we had not seen it. OMG! Wow we were so pleased!
Not only did the ring that we received exceed our expectations in size, it also did in the overall quality and price. It is the most stunning ring and we are so thankful to work with Quenan’s!
