I have been a patient off & on for 6 years. The last year, I really started to get serious. I have graduated from bi-weekly physical therapy sessions to pilates being enough to keep my pain away.

I can’t say enough for what Inspire has done for my overall health and pain management.

I never thought in a million years that I would be pain free & workout but here we are!

Thank you so much for your care and helping me at some of my lowest points.

I’m so thankful for the services you offer!

Inspire PT therapy relieved my hip and glut pain in a few sessions and I’ve been pain free for months. Dry needling and cold laser therapy along with stretching did wonders for me.
I highly recommend.

These people know what they are doing. I fought with a plethora of issues for several years including but not limited to lower back, hip and neck discomfort. In less than 6 months of working with Rachel, I felt like a new human, zero exaggeration.

I can’t express how grateful I am for the care I received on my first appointment at Inspire. I’ve played volleyball for a good portion of my life and struggled with knee pain, I went in for a laser treatment and had nothing short of an amazing experience! They made me feel incredibly comfortable with the entire process and they were extremely knowledgeable about after care, follow ups, and tips. Everyone in the facility was very welcoming and kind.

Jennifer McCauley is an amazing physical therapist. She is definitely the most knowledgeable one that I have ever been involved with. I am a physician and I appreciate her ability to listen as well as her technical skill in treating my low back pain. She always has a smile on her face and genuinely cares for her patients. I have referred many of my own patients to her for general PT as well as pelvic floor dysfunction. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I cannot say enough good things about Inspire and their therapists and staff! I first discovered Inspire after a recommendation to see Jennifer for pelvic floor therapy after being in horrific pain for over a year due to interstitial cystitis and pelvic floor dysfunction. When I came to Jennifer I was barely functioning day to day because of my extreme pain. I have a very complex medical history that includes Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. These conditions make my treatment complex. Jennifer worked tirelessly to find the best way to treat my symptoms without flaring my other conditions. My first visit the horrible stinging was gone for the first time in over a year! Jennifer became completely in tune with my body and how it responded to treatment. I made a full recovery and am living life with little to no pain. Because my conditions are chronic I have to come in for “tune ups “ occasionally. I’m always so impressed that Jennifer has always learned something new. She is always looking for the next missing piece in my puzzle. It is through the trust she built in my treatments that I started bringing my boys to first her and then to Jill. My boys all have hyper mobility and two have Ehlers Danlos. They are all athletes. To say Jill keeps them doing what they love is an understatement. My baseball player deals with subluxations and dislocations of joints. It is through their DNS training and exercises my son has been able to not only continue pitching, but has improved. Things like proper breathing and stability have been crucial to his success! My oldest is a runner and spent all the time in pain and injured. Since seeing Jill he has run a half marathon and come in 3rd! We have learned to be proactive in treatment with both boys and this has kept them healthy and functioning fully in their sports! Along with helping them through therapy Jill was instrumental in teaching them proper nutrition and hydration which have helped to prevent injury in conjunction with the stability created through proper body mechanics. I would highly recommend Inspire to anyone! They are a blessing to our family!

My friend recommended me to Inspire and specifically Jennifer. I went in for a consultation and told her what was wrong and she was able to immediate pin point some MAJOR issue areas. I signed up for a 5 session package in order to deal with a knee pain that I'd been dealing with for basically a year. After the first session, my knee was night and day better. I went from struggling to go up and down stairs to barely any pain in an hour!

Jennifer did an excellent job! We worked on targeting the tight areas the first three sessions where she did dry needling. She would listen to my descriptions of the pain and would be able to pin point those problem areas. The last two sessions, we worked on mobility. Unfortunately I moved, but I would absolutely continue going for just maintenance purposes.

I’m a college golfer who has struggled immensely with back injuries and wrist injuries. Jennifer McCauley has helped so much in such little time. I have seen Jennifer many of times and she was always able to quickly figure out the diagnosis and provide functional movements along with relieving pain and stress. I was unable to play golf for weeks getting the wrong diagnosis from other trainers for my wrist so I set up a online meeting with Jennifer to receive help. Jennifer was able to quickly figure out where all the strain and stress was coming from and she had me back and golfing in 3 days after I hadn’t been able to play in weeks. I didn’t believe an online meeting would be beneficial but it was amazing and definitely worth it. Jennifer is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend!

I have struggled with strange and mysterious symptoms for years with no help from the conventional medical community. Labs and imaging came back inconclusive and leaving doctors to blame it on anxiety and recommend seeing a psychiatrist. After all of the medical PTSD I've experienced, I could see how seeing a therapist would be helpful, but it's not the cause of my issues. Dr. Jennifer is trained in modalities outside the realm of traditional physical therapy. We've spent months untangling nerves, unwinding fascia, resolving a hiatal hernia that just won't stay in the right place. She's helped with blood flow, a constant choking feeling and freeing my vagus nerve allowing my nervous system to calm down. There are not adequate words to express the amount of healing and hope I have experienced since starting with Inspire. I now am more confident than ever that I'm not doomed to live a life trapped inside a body that is unable to basic tasks. I've been able to serve and care for my family more in the last few months than I have in the last several years. Thank you is simply not enough. I highly recommend this team.

Oh and my husband sees someone else on staff, and he's been blown away by how their approach is different and root cause oriented. We just can't say enough positive things about Inspire PT and Wellness!

I recently saw Jennifer for my chronic low back pain. I have been an RN for over 30 years and my career and a very ill-advised exercise plan in my 20's left me with a disc injury that for years I thought was a pulled muscle. I have had several chiropractors work on me (one for 6 months) without improvement. I have seen Jennifer THREE TIMES and the results are amazing. I literally had improvement the first time. She works to get your body back in correct position, so it can work as it should. Due to the injury, the muscles that should have been supporting my spine weren't, but with some very targeted and simple BREATHING exercises, she is healing me from the inside out. Clinically I am really amazed at the simplicity and effectiveness and she saved me from an eminent path toward surgery. To top it all off, she is warm, engaging, sincere and customizes your care to specifically to your needs.

As an athlete, mother of 3, and someone who has been to multiple PT’s over the years, I was very impressed! She was very thorough in evaluating my condition and developing a plan that specifically fit my needs and complaints each visit. She also worked with me the entire session as opposed to my experience at another office where I was sent to a lesser-trained individual for blanket exercises the last half of my session. Jennifer was responsive when I had questions between sessions and only had me come back as often as she thought I needed the assistance. I also felt she equipped me to be able to help myself as opposed to relying on her expertise to relieve the tension and strengthen my muscles. I’ve had issues with my back and IT band in the past so I knew what usually helped relieve my issues. I kept trying those exercises/stretches and getting massages without any long-term results. If you have pain or tension in your back, hips, and legs you just can’t seem to shake, I highly recommend giving Jennifer a call! I’m so thankful that I can now run, sleep, and play with my children without the back pain; it was amazing how much progress I made in such little time! I was noticeably better after only 3-4 weeks!

Jill Doyle is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever had. She offers dry needling and laser treatments that played key roles in my recovery. Not only is she a skilled practitioner, but she actually listens. I have dealt with my ailment my entire life, and most doctors and therapists don't listen closely enough or ask the right questions to understand what is actually going on.

I am so grateful to Jill and Inspire Physical Therapy! Do not hesitate to go here for your treatment!

I had a wonderful, personalized experience working with Jennifer (Dr. McCauley)! I was treated for postpartum Diastasis recti and pelvic floor therapy. I was given a full, uninterrupted hour each session and felt improvement after even my first visit. Jennifer is professional, an expert in her field and very pleasant to work with. Before finding Inspire, I did a session with a hospital provider and did not get the personalized and detailed care that I did at Inspire. Night and day difference. Highly recommend Jennifer and Inspire for any physical therapy needs, men and women alike. You won’t be disappointed!

I had surgery for endometriosis in October 2021. After the surgery, I started having pelvic floor problems, constipation, urinal retention, and painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis). My urologist recommended me to see a physical therapist. She gave me the name of someone near my home but while looking into the reviews there was no mention about endometriosis problems which was my main concern. I did my own research and found Jennifer. She is helping me with my pelvic floor problems, urinary retention, chronic pain, and constipation. Jennifer has been manipulating the muscles in my pelvic area by utilizing visceral manipulation for fascial release around the organs and sacral decompression to address constipation. Visceral manipulation is an osteopathic technique not provided by many therapists in the area. After each treatment I feel much better. For the past six months I have been taking Bethanechol to help my bladder expel urine. I have been off the medicine for approximately one month and am still able to expel urine without any problems. I believe the bladder problem is no longer an issue due to a combination of the medicine and the treatment I have received from Jennifer. I am so thankful to have found Jennifer because my situation is now much improved.

I was treated 5 times with the cold laser therapy. I have a broken tibia and torn tendons and ligaments. My injuries happened in July and I was treated in November. After my first treatment the inflammation on my foot was immediately gone. By the second treatment the discoloration had vastly improved. My range of motion was noticeably improved. My pain levels were less from the very first session. I was skeptical, but extremely impressed by my results. This facility has a staff of people who care. They are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has been injured or has issues with pain.

I have suffered from back pain and spasms for 10+ years. The facility is very clean, well run and equipped with a wide variety of equipment. I saw Jill Doyle, who used many different techniques to alleviate the pain and taught me exercises to change my posture and breathing that allowed me to manage/prevent the pain from reoccurring. Her extensive knowledge, range of skills and personable nature make her a true asset to anyone looking for relief from pain. Thank you Jill for all you did for me!

I had a fantastic session with Jennifer yesterday! Yes! I’m in California and she’s in Texas, but we had an hour of video health teleconferencing! It was SO beneficial! I had worked with Jennifer back in December after my right hip replacement surgery and I was feeling lately that something “ just not right”. Jennifer is a genius. She watched me get up and down from a chair and how I could and could not get up from the floor. We worked together on strategic exercises to engage certain muscles that had just, well, almost just given up!! I felt fantastic after my virtual appointment and have another one scheduled for next week! If you’re hurting and obviously because of Covid19 we can’t get in to see Jennifer, do yourself a favour and call her! She can even help you through a video call! It worked! Thank you Jennifer!!!

Jennifer is amazing! I had been suffering with tight muscles and seeking solutions for 8 years. Literally! It took 4 sessions of dry needling and I feel amazing. Dry needling can be uncomfortable at times but it was worth it. I cannot express enough how happy I am to finally have some relief and it didn't require surgery or steroid injections. Thank you, Jennifer!

I had been suffering with major tension across my shoulders and back of neck for about a year. I discovered Dr. Jennifer McCauley through Purely Pilates. I saw improvement after my first visit. I saw her 4 more times and my pain was gone! She is very easy to talk to, really listens and is very attentive to how you move. She gave me a few exercises to work on at home, but very manageable...not excessive. She is very knowledgeable about the body and it shows when you work with her. It’s been about 2 months since I first saw Dr. McCauley and I am still pain free! I would highly recommend her.

I work in the service industry where I am looking down constantly all day. My neck and back have been in pain for YEARS! I never thought I could have a pain free day until I came here and saw Dr. McCauley. Her dry needling technique is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It doesn't hurt, it feels completely relieving. She is SO incredible at what she does. The best part about her other than her compassion and kindness is her ability to be intuitive. She just knows where I have pain and is able to feel it. She's brilliant and amazing at what she does. I have been to other PT's and chiropractors and she surpasses them all. The entire office is full of genuine people. I love it here and cannot recommend this place enough.
